The Sterling Boutique Hotel

The location was excellent, right on the canal and across from the Red Fort.

It felt more like an Air BnB than a hotel: I never saw or spoke to anyone in the management. I had to pick up my key from a lockbox, but no one emailed me to explain this or give the combination. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for help.

Staffs are friendly. Location near to attraction. Room are good for my family with Kids.

None cover carpark, caused inconvenience during rain day. to have better ventilation in the walk way.

Location is very nice. Near to Jonker street and many cafes and eateries around.

Room's view is poor. The shower room is run down. Safety box is not working.

Easy check in Room was good, clean , no smell , neat. Location was good near to jonker street (must have comfortable shoes if not u going to have blister on ur skin) so far i like and enjoy my stay at Sterling Boutique Hotel .

There was no toiletries available and we had to wait so long for room service to handover to us. Room service have to double check before guest check in.

The rooms were dated and bathroom not clean (clumps of hair found, some mold in corners).

The hotel is situated just 5 mins from the main square and attractions, so that's a big plus. It's clean and nice at a reasonable price point. Service is very good and the staff is polite and helpful.

The rooms level lobby can do with a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom sinks have some sort of leveling issue so the water drips down to the floor. Thankfully it's not in the main walking area of the bathroom so the floor wasn't wet all the time but maybe something can be done to fix it.

Location good, walking distance to Jonker Street Night Market.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Excellent location—just a 7-minute walk to Jonker Street and close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot

Excellent location, huge room, water filter machine was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and car park was good.

Breakfast was basic for the price, room fan only had one speed - super fast. Couldn’t get the shower to work properly.

I was surprised to see so many high ratings for this hotel, as my family and I had a rather disappointing stay. Our room was not very clean, and there was a slight odor in the toilet. The sink pipe didn’t function well, and there was even a leak near the door. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited.

I might not using Booking.com in the future

Apparently my colleague book the room by using different provider (Agoda). got better room with so much lower price. he even book later than my booking date.

Nothing. Everything was bad and disappointing. Booking.com rate them 4 star but i feel it is not even worth 1 star.

Safe not working, toilet basin was cracked, toilet flush not working. Room not comfortable.

Location is great, close to the historical areas, and decent parking.I got the Deluxe room with attached bathtub. A good size room for my needs (i worked long hours in my room), and I had a good night's restful sleep.

I was told in-house breakfast was available. Turns out the cafe was closed. Info could have been more accurate.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The water filter machine is plus point. We can refill water anytime. The location is good.
