Hotel Hong

The service was impeccable. It made our stay so much more wonderful. The owner immediately greeted us, gave us important information about the hotel, and also gave us a map and list recommendations for food and sites nearby.

The bathroom and room was small, but that is the norm in the area.

Great location. There was a water dispenser and iron board at the common area as well. Staff were friendly and nice

The walls are quite thin. There was a night where people outside tbe building were blasting their music till 12am+.

The location was amazing, very close to the attractions and the river. Rooms were clean

The rooms (especially the family rooms) were a lil cramped and tight, but that's reasonable considering the price and the service and location u get

A modest mellow hotel right in the middle of Chinatown. Easy walking everywhere. A rooftop to relax.

The receptionist was rude. The room is not clean. Towers are dirty. Facility is old.

Clean, friendly staff, good sized room. Bed was comfy for a cheap hotel, and there was a ceiling fan as well as AC. Great location near to the top of Jonker street, and also close to the river. For a relatively cheap hotel it was great.

Location is great. We can walk to jonker street. In front of old mosque so we can did pray in there. Near with a lot of restaurant and we can walk in river side.

All stuff is old but still working and comfortable for us.

Location = The hotel is less than a 100 meters from the other end of Jonker Walk and near the Melaka River.Bathroom = There is hot water for early morning showers. Soap and shampoo were provided. Towels were also provided.

AC = Needs maintenance as it wasn’t cold even if it is set at 17C. Good thing a ceiling fan was also installed in the room.

location is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller than I expected but i have to consider the price i paid.

Water dispenser at the lounge helps a lot during traveling in hot weather these day, able to keep baggage before check in, I rented motorcycle to travel around and able to park free opposite the hotel.

Small dirt spot on pillow sheet and bed sheet, other than that, not much issue

The staff were super friendly during my 3 night stay. They helped me with getting a taxi to the bus station and giving me good food recommendations off the tourist area. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is extremely close to the night market.

Hit and miss hot shower, mostly miss. Didn't bother me much though. Those who need steaming hot shower will be disappointed.

Room was clean and comfort. Short walking distance to Jonker Street.

Bed was okay. Location was good.

Was told the room had a window that opened but the window was split into 3 small shuttered parts, so it couldnt be fully opened or looked out of. Saw into other rooms (and in website photos) and this wasn't the case. We booked a long time ahead yet still got the worst window situation.
