Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka I City Centre I Free Wifi I Free Parking l Free Club Lounge Access

The location, check in and check out process pretty fast and smooth

The cleanliness, curtains are dusty,

nothing special

I have booked 2 rooms Deluxe King Bed the cost was 150 per nite per room but booking.com charged me 567.00 plus or around there.

Location was very strategic.

Noisy all night. Level 5 but hearing table movements all night. There was leak at toilet ceiling.

Great location! Strategically situated in town, walking distance to the mall, 7E, and tourist attractions. Complimentary hi-tea.

The room had an ild stuffy smell, i had to use perfume and open the window to reduce the odor. The bathroom lighting was too dim, and only shampoo and hand soap provided in the toileteries.

Location.

Bedroom smelly Toilet..only one one bulb function., ventilation fan not working..so very smelly.Registration...long que.. almost more than 30 minutes to wait..only one counter operated.

The room is clean and very good. TV got many channel.AC very coldMatress and pillow are very goodFree club lounge access

RM40 for breakfast is not worth it. Not much variety of food. No malay kueh, no cakes, less bread choices. only one type of jam. No butter and kaya. No cheese. No mee goreng. The only food that taste good is roti canai.

Room was big for the money paid and location was central and good.

Hotel was not flexible at all to extend late checkout. No late checkout allowed unless payment is made.

Not far from attractions and malls.

1. My room has weird smells.2. No facilities 3. Cleanness can be better

Environment clean and nice

Lift so crowded when we got to check out may be pick hour guest to check out..never mind see u again

The breakfast is good , staff is helpful

Old facilities

Room is superb, convenient to old town

Facilities is old need some improvement

locationGood location

parking facilityNo proper signage to guide driver who has to park his car at a separate building behind the hotel building especially where one has to take the lift at hotel iobby to 3rd floor for access to car park.

Near dataran pahlawan mega mall. Easy parking, good breakfast

Bed is not comfortable

Centrally located and easy access to malls and most Center of attractions

The breakfast was sub par. Limited local options. When asked for extra bottles of water they were reluctant and asked for face towels the answer was it’s not included in the bill. Cleaning was Hap hazard and as they thought it was right. They removed the notice to make the bed as we placed it on our bed.

Tingkap ada Dan boleh dibuka..pemandangan sangat indah in the middle of the city of malacca

The check staff Harith was very accommodating and polite.

The bathroom floor is too slippery. They should use rough surfaced tiles, not glaced tiles. Not user friendly.

Room was good and quality of bed

Breakfast - dirty tables poor choice of food and not good value for money.

Strategic location and big room

Room were abit dirty...There were 1-2 little cockroaches spotted in our roomThe parquet floor started peeling offThe room lighting were dimmed

Disappointing

Pls add room lights very warm..toilet shower broken pls repair…add hair dryer….

The suite was very convenient for family stay and basic amenities provided were good.Hope the iftar+sahur stay package will still be in future as parents & kids really enjoyed the menu & convenience.
