Breakfast was good—there weren’t a lot of choices, but there was plenty of food and everything tasted great. The staff and security were always attentive. Even when I stepped near the main hall, a guard was already there to welcome me and open the door.I did encounter some noise because the room opposite had a group of noisy teenage girls. I requested a room change, and the staff handled it very professionally—they brought me to another room to view it first and asked for my feedback before confirming the switch.

It would be great to have EV charging facilities at the hotel to encourage more EV owners to stay here. While there are a few charging stations nearby, nothing beats the convenience of being able to charge your car directly at the hotel during your stay.Maybe a better queen bed haha wife complain when i move the bed shakes haha.

My stay at Christee Suites Hotel was pleasant overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was convenient, I’ll definitely come back on my next visit."

Breakfast options were limited and could be improved for a better guest experience. It would be great to see more variety offered in the future.

Stayed here over CNY and it was superb. Rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious for 2A2C. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but good enough. Like that they do alacarte breakfast when guest numbers are low, and buffet when high. Really comfortable and we will definitely stay again.

During CNY, there were some road diversions so it was easier to walk back from the mall then to take a grab.

Since my stay is within weekdays choice to breakfast is limited and not buffet as expected from my previous stay. Seems that we are the only occupants for the period.

Cleanliness and the luxury ambiance

Clean, comfortable bed, nice pillow.

Shower water was not warm (despite at maximum hot). The bath water was between cold and warm. The bath water also drains slightly slower than the water coming in - took us 45 mins to fill the tub to 50%. Not a good experience considering we looked forward to the bath.

Everything was amazing.My family was always greeted by the friendly staff & security guard there. Our experience was exceptional from the room being clean and breakfast was delicious too. The mall is 6-9 mins walking distance. We hope to be back again .

Great hotel; clean and comfortable. Slightly far from the center of Malacca.Otherwise everything went very well; polite and very helpful staff.They could think about a shuttle service just near Malacca center.

Every room has it's own bathtub. The ambience was great overall, room was pretty and spacious.The food, was great for it's money value. Dinner was lonely but you get the best service.

Room and toilet, bathtub are clean. Complete set of toiletries given. Breakfast spread was enough, not too overwhelming in variety.

Location. We were affected by road closure. Private drivers may not want to pick us up from hotel. Abit dangerous for pedestrians to walk especially with young children or elderly at the side of the road.

All okay, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy parking if with car also. Can walk to most places easy strolls.

Actually there is nothing

The location is walkable 5 mins from Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. It is new and modern in decor. Breakfast is provided. Car park in front of the hotel. Limited lots but seems sufficient. Guarded compound. Huge rooms and plenty of choices for family suites.

The toilet seat is very annoying as it cannot be fully extended at upright position. Kept falling down against your back.
