PARKROYAL A'FAMOSA MELAKA RESORT

The breakfast spread was good a lot of choices , the room also spacious.

1) Room floor was sticky i dont know whether the cleaner didnt properly clean the floor or too much detergent causes it to be sticky.2) Staff at the front desk, called em so many times more than 10 to be honest just to wait for em to answer.3) The kids club was dirty and got unpleasant smells in the club.

Due to this experience, I will not return again.

Kids’ playroom carpet was smelly.Adult pool area was dirty and poorly maintained.Lift service was very slow; only one lift available, long waiting time.Kids Passport card redemption counter not available; had to wait until 11:00 a.m.When redemption was attempted, items were unavailable due to chef being busy and insufficient kitchen staff.Guests should be informed in advance if redemption items are not available to avoid unnecessary waiting.Overall poor service and lack of communication affected our stay.

View

Swimming pool has no shaded area. Behind Room 3002, the air conditioner noise is loud and disrupts sleep. Not worth the high price.

Comfortable bed

1. Someone smoke in room and the cigarette smell travel to our room.2. Pillow too soft.3. Buffet breakfast room for improvement. Should have more varieties on cake and desserts.4, Kids room too crowded and smelly. If crowded should control number of kids to enter the room.

The staff are all friendly. The food is delicious. The pool is big. Overall is a good experience.

I think the facilities could be maintained more. But i understand that it is an old place.

Our room was great with 2 queen beds, breakfast was great. We were given a room on the ground floor but it can be noisy at night with screaming children + talking adults.

Our daughter was looking forward to the pool after seeing the online photos but we were disappointed. The pool was kind of dirty, with a lot of leaves and sand/dirt at the bottom of the pool. The facilities team need to do some cleaning of the pool quite often. The room service was also kind of slow, even asking for extra towels can be a 15 minutes wait. The pillows were also abit soft.

The breakfast meet the expectation, my son like the kids room and swimming pool, the family room is quite spacious for the price. Overall is a good experience

We got family room that has no view, very far with lobby and all places

Clean room, confy bed

Distance of my room from the lift and lobby

breakfast was awesome (teh tarik session - live is interesting)

Kids room could have been more bigger, understood morning time packed with active and fun kids to explore

Beautiful hotel with water park and safari nearby, super convenient for families with kids! Room was beautifully decorated and check in and check out were smooth. The Club Lounge had great snacks and drinks.

Absolutely nothing, just wish room service was 24/7 or until midnight.

- it’s near the A Famosa safari so that’s why I chose here. - there’s a stamp rally for the kids

- the dinner was served after an hour we ordered. - the 8pm fire show was late 40 mins- dinner was meh - the waiter told us there was only 1 chef working so it took so long. Could’ve told us when we ordered(?)

The long check in time , the wait for my baggage after checking in and the horrible breakfast

we love the hotel provided kids playroom and playground so that our children are occupied.

It could have been better if the place for breakfast is bigger because they were too crowded and not enough tables. the food also not that much of variety

i like almost everything about this hotel. cleanliness, food, location, swimming pool, the staff and etc

nothing that i dont like

Spacious. The bed and pillows so comfy. Very clean room and bathroom. Even the lowest room category comes with bathrobe, weighing scale and complete amenities. Water filtration system in every room was helpful. Hot shower and tv works perfectly. love the pool, and pool lounge.

The buffet spread for breakfast was limited. I expect more from Parkroyal Melaka. The cafe and sitting area was good though, plenty of space.

staff friendly, pool besar cantik , kids friendly

masa checkin ade tong sampah dah berulat

Nice facilities, especially for kidsComprehensive breakfast

Continuous noise due to power generator working and affecting on the sleep conditions.

Clean & comfortable.Variety of breakfast..

Some car park areas don't have exit sign

The ambience. big pool, friendly staff and variety of breakfast.

Clean, New, Spacious Room, if you are planning to spend most of your holiday at A famosa water world and sadari its the best.

Somehow the airconditioner get warmer at night, automatically adjusted ? So end up had to wake up and check aircond working few times.Sraff need to train at crowd management, went there and there was huge group from petronas, should have direct them for breakfast at another place and prioritise the customer with small children with the area to eat rhat have kids corner. There were also noise pollution comr from some huge group shouting and doing zumba nearby my room for their team buillding purpose. The hotel is located 30-45 minutes from the Malacca city.
