Initial booking offer was king with river view. That was the room info given before booking screen. On arrival perhaps the staff assigned quickly, it was a back view. Overall the stay was pleasant but this is a standout missed service.

Breakfast was fresh and definitely adequate- just not too many choices. A bit maize like in the hallways.

The room was good, spacious , well equipped , with fridge , ..except it packed a window.

Receptionist was very difficult, unfriendly , and uncommunicative . Quiet an experience.Not even eye contact ....maybe a generation z thing !. ..Rest of staff polite , even welcoming .

For a quick cheap stay, the price to comfortability ratio is pretty unmatched. Breakfast, while very limited in choice, is included. There are no facilities in this hotel but it's the best choice for business travelers that don't spend much time in the hotel itself.

Breakfast needs a better queue system, lots of rude locals (being a local myself) likes to cut queue. Parking is NOT INCLUDED, you will be fined if you fail to pay for the parking, making it a hassle for tourists especially. MBMB is very quick to issue summons as soon as 9am.

Good facilities, delicious food and comfortable rooms for relaxing and vacationing, will repeat again

The thing I don't like is, when a customer calls to make up the room, there is something of mine that is missing, namely perfume on 20/10/2025 and I realized this when checking out on 22/10/25. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers. I forgot to tell the reception about this. Thank you

the wifi they provide is horrible. Wifi works 5-15 min then disconnect, you connect again then after 5-15 min disconnect. Sometimes connection was such unstable couldnt even check emails. Asked the stuff they promised every day „the technician will come today, sorry he can not come today he will come tomorrow, yes we contacted the internet provider“ etc. Of course nothing happened. We stayed 4 night, it was very frustrating. We should have checked feedback of other guest, many had same problem, so nothing new for the Hotel manager

Came back from a day out 30/07/25, n found d room not cleaned up, approached reception n in a surly manner, was told that we MUST inform reception if we wanted housekeeper to do housekeeping for our room 210, which was NOT informed during checkin. Very dissatisfied with d attitude that we were causing an inconvenience to them. 1st time in all my time travelling with Booking to be told that housekeeping must be requested.

The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Mr. Hakimi was always prompt to help in any request.
