The staff are well manner.
1) Very noisy even after 12am midnight, we were staying in the rooms facing main road, hearing motobikes and cars passing by and could hear people chating not sure upstairs or ground floor. Suggest to have better sound proof windows. No wonder the room comes with ear plug..first time i saw a hotel given ear plug.2) Bedsheet got yellow patches and hair.
location is strategicSpacious roomA lot of parkingAircond inside room is functioning very wellNice view
the pillow too soft..even we ask for extra pillow, still too soft. The bathtub sink hole drain water a bit slow.
Comfy bed, can walk next door or across street for good morning coffee
Funny bath tub and toilet seat =). But they are clean
have coffee machine
seriously no plastic at dustbin in toilet for throw trash
Convenient location with plenty of food options around the area. Relatively close drive to Jonker Walk. Big Spacious carpark. Decent room size. Water dispenser available on the corridors.
Room cups aint clean. Beds were too soft and pillows were too low. Tv is too small.
Price. Free hot drinks. Friendly, responsive & helpful staff. Car park at the rear. Easy access to back door from car park. Shower water pressure was strong. Water dispenser in corridor. Lots of restaurants, eateries & shops closeby.
Mattress is hard & pillow was too soft. The bed could be made up a little neater. The entrance is located beside a very busy road which made entry and exit a little difficult.
Location
Beverage machine downstairs at the lobby. All drinks 3in 1 type (with milk and sugar). No kettle in the room.Lack of shelves and towel hooks in the bathroom.
The beds are usually very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained
Nice price and location, suitable for short stay
Not much facility and not very good soundproof.
Very comfortable room, spacious for a reasonable price. I like it! friendly staff❤️
the bathroom door knob doesn't work but that's okay & there needs to be a more comfortable and soft pillow.
Quite clean, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets
No warning about the lack of card payment, Wi-Fi doesn’t work on iPads/computers
New renovated hotel. Prime location just behind the Aeon Mall. Very friendly and well services staff.Power charging station provided for EV cars in front of hotel. They have provided all the bathing items as well.
No pick up & drop off bay provided for customer. Hope can improve in future.

Have a bit smell in the room, not sure the floor or toilet. But yeah overall is good and bearable.
