Strategic location, room is comfortable, airconditiong is great.
There were no liftsCustomer experience quite bad, one staff were not accomodative and friendly at all
The hotel’s location was ideally situated just a short distance from the event we attended during our stay, making it incredibly convenient for us to easily access and enjoy all the activities with less hassle.
Although the room was designated as a non-smoking area, we were still greeted with the unmistakable scent of cigarettes lingering on the bed and pillows, which was quite disappointing. Other than this, during breakfast, I found myself feeling concerned about the food hygiene, as several uncovered dishes were unfortunately attracting flies, leaving me uneasy about the overall cleanliness and safety of the meal offerings.
Before arrival ..the reception had call to notify the booking even I had advice I the booking for late arrival .upon arrival..reception taken a lot of time for registration..very old room and not really clean..a lot of hair in the carpet in the room.. amenities..they just only give you bar soap and shampoo tube.. breakfast..only the basic breakfast..not much choice..
Location, fast check in and check out
Run down hotel
Hotel ada sediakan indoor game...bolih guna bila2 masa...ping pong, badminton, karum, dam aji dll...
Air shower very slow....air kotor...plug point dlm bilik kurang...breakfast biasa2 je....maybe hotel kena upgrade bg nampak baru...baru nampak ceria...
Eventhough place quiet scary but peaceful. Room is quiet big and bed is very comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is nice and tasty.
Maybe can add prayer mat for future. And maybe need to check first if quest is already check out or not before knocking the door for room service.
The hotel is quiet and calm. A good place to have overnight rests. Convenient location to access Ayer Keroh and not very far to the main city Melaka.
It is a bit 'oldy' and need spruce up in many areas.
The location
Though room is spacious, overall a bit run down, and pricey for what is provided.
Classic yet affordable hotel to stay for short vacation with family. Good Better Best.
