The location and parking spot is very convinient..

Staff did not highlighted on the parking coupon. We get summon in the morning for not placing the parking coupon.

The bathroom pump doesn’t work. The sitting toilet bowl is dirty. Furnitures has an antique value but the room is musty. You can also hear people talking next door or from other rooms (those who laughs loud).

I'm booking standard as per your website and as per your website amounted stated when i reached there they gave a difference room. Pay more expensive as per your stated. The 2 rooms I take amounted to 202.73 and deposited rm50 after check out the need i' get my deposited amounted to rm25.00 due to room they give to me is deluxe room total 227.75. the air cond also not cooled. please block the hotel from your website.

When book on booking.com the price is different with what I pay at counter. On booking.com only RM76.50 when I paid at counter them charge me RM91.00. different is too much.

Staff service very slow. Room is not locked when we check in. Facility very old. Toilet no ventilation very smelly i also vomit in their toilet. Room not sound proof.

The housekeeping guys do not abide by basic rules keeping cleaning mops and buckets in front of their room next to the guest room. Their room; is actually an emergency starcase. This is definitely dangerous and forbidden.
