Not much to like about this hotel.
Bedsheets were not clean and our room was noisy because of the construction works nearby.
The bedsheets, air-cond & floor also dusty, cleaning need to improve
Nice hotel and very nice staff
Could hear sound from nearby vehicle on the roads nearby.. maybe because location of our room , but its manageable.. still ok.
friendly staffs cleaned hotel good location
Pro: Location. A lot of restaurantCon: Air-con a bit loud, noisy. Towels would be better if they replace all. Seems worn out
- fast checkin and checkout- friendly receptionist- location is quite near to town- shower water flow is good!- comfy bed
- We booked king size bed but they only have super single beds. They asked us to combine the beds ourselves. we are ok so we combined the beds and found dust below the beds which the hotel could improve by doing a throughout cleaning of the rooms.- Toilet lighting is very dim...almost cannot see anything.- I think the room could be cleaner. The rest is ok and very satisfied with the hotel!
The location was great. Not far from Bandar Hilir. And Cafe like TWS & Richiamo just down the block. Spacious room. Splendid view.
Not really clean. Could be improved
The room is worthy of staying.. Clean and comfortable.
Housekeeping was bad.. Daily Room make up schedule was worse. Clean up was done in the evening instead of morning. This should be reviewed by the management as it affects the guest at the time we need to rest
