the towel smells like rusty steel,dirty bathrooms,overprice for that kind of facilities.

Although still a good walk to tourist spots, location is okay.

Staff - The worst hotel staff we have encountered! At check-in, the guy with thick glasses was already in an off mood. The worst part is, we were given a room that was occupied, my friend was traumatized when she opened the door! The same staff said.."its not an issue, you can stay in the next room"! He said the Guests entered the wring room.. How can they do that if they dont have the key to that room!. There is no phone to call reception, so if you have any issue, you have to go down to FO. We had a concern on the AC and he asked us to go back up and bring the AC remote so he can adjust!!! My facial expression probably said it all because he sent HK with me back up to the room. Check-out was easy (it was not the same rude guy).

The location is convenient since it's near the historical areas and malls.The staff is also very nice and kind.It's affordable too.

Don't expect a spacious room. That's all I can say. Otherwise, it's not bad for a budget hotel. I stayed on my own so it felt like a big room for me but if there are two of you, it would be a cozy room.

I like the facilities provided like a hair dryer, a big flat screen TV with various channels, with big windows.

One of the terms that I have to sign before checked in was any stains on the bedsheets will be charged. I think it's ridiculous. They should change to dark colored bed sheets instead of white color for the term. ?

Hey there....All the facilities were wow. Very comfortable.Everything was around walking distance.The staff are all very helpful and guide us well.Feel very relaxing

I suppose to gv 10/10.One think makes me disappointed which is TV channel Not even one Tamil channel for the Indian family. Other than that we're happy ?

Near shopping mall,restaurant,shop, dobi...and very peaceful...

The hotel staff was very considerate, allowing us to check in even before the scheduled time and give good information about interesting places around the hotel.

Lift very scary.

Hotel is clean, friendly staff and boss. The hotel is providing full of facilities (apparently did not have a toothbrush, but it did not cause any inconvenient for me)

If only the hotel gave me a room with 2 beds as my booking. When I checked in, there was only rooms with 1 queen bed….but it did not prevent me to have a good time at Melaka

Sorry to say , I didn’t expect the hotel like that . Kenapa takde sediakan any toothbrush or soap ? i think its basic every hotel untuk sediakan that thing . Bayar mahal” tapi takde pape . even I stay hotel murah pon dia ada sediakan all tht things. Ha then another things , when i come to check in ,I diarahkan untuk bayar extra sbb i dtg 3org . so oklah i bayar even i macam tak puas hatilah .Then i guess my room will be large and selesa for 3orang after i pay extraaaaa. but then bila masukkk very disappointed yeee . pastuuu takde ponnn sediakan extra pillow ke apa . Macam gituuu jeeee bayar mahal” . Parking pon haihhh parking public . tak pasal” kena saman ?

Toilet extremely small. Sitting on toilet bowl is like the wall right in front of your face. No toiletries, toothbrush, comb given. Only the 2 in 1 shower and shampoo gel. Room also too small for 2 double bed. Don't even have a wardrobe for clothing. Can only hang a few towels on the back of the door.

This hotel is located within walking distance to nearly 70% of Bandaraya Melaka's main attractions - 80% if you have strong legs and lots of stamina. Lots of places to explore around the hotel and beyond.It has 4 storeys and there's a lift, but the lift is tiny, can't fit wheelchairs and moves slow. Somewhat unnerving. If you have anxiety, take the stairs instead.There's a laundry and massage parlour right beside the hotel. If you want to eat, there are famous restaurants in front of it and its surroundings. Each floor has water dispenser and iron set installed.You need coupons for all-day parking; the city council charges parking on weekends. Not sure if the hotel sells coupons; we got ours somewhere else. Don't use parking apps; they're unreliable.Need money? The bank is on the same road where the hotel is.Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty cheap too. No pictures of hotel though; totally forgot to take them ?Overall enjoyed our stay. 10/10.
