- This hotel is just perfect for a weekend getaway. This is my second time staying here and its the same great experience again. The room is spacious and has a good layout. Comfortable beds coupled with the necessary amenities in the room. The staff are all pleasant and handle the guests well. The hotel is actually 10 minutes walk away from Jonker Street. Parking was manageable in the hotel premise and if that was full, they have more across the street. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few night in Melaka.

- Well, what I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel. I made my booking through the Booking.com platform, selected 3 pax, when I reached the hotel, I was given a room for 4 pax and was told that I paid for such a room. I am just curious as to why Booking. com could make such an error. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect in all senses.

Staff is very polite, and the hotel location is very strategic. Very near to those places that I wanna go
Room & bathroom got a smell, and toilet bowl position is very weird & inconvenient to use. There were lights from outside that making the room quite bright during our sleep time and sound proof is not good as can always hear vehicles outside the road.

I want to say that I stayed at The Nines twice. The first time I stayed was during CNY and that time I was in room 202 or one of the Deluxe Rooms. That time, the aircon was very cold.This time, I was in 223. I did tell the front desk lady that there is something wrong with the aircon. The aircon even though at 16 degrees somehow the room is not cold. And you can feel the marked difference when u walk out of the room to the common area. Sadly, the lady checked but nothing much could be done. I actually like The Nines but my 2nd experience with the air con has made be a bit disappointed
overall the price is okay
Room hv no window & the sofa very itchy after sitting thr . There was another door inside the room , feel insecure when inside the room
The spacious room with comfortable bedding, high ceiling and clean surroundings. Facilities are great. I really like the pantry. It's like a self-service cafe, complete with microwave, coffee, tea, biscuits, candy and mandarins. This is my second time staying here and I will not hesitate to come again next time.
