Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka

The spacious room.

The furnitures are old and rusted (washroom cabinet), corners of the washroom are mossy, room was dusty.Bed are soft, lack of support from prolonged usage.

this is my 6th stayed with Swiss Garden Melaka. I choose this hotel because of good breakfast provided. You should try their signature mee nyonya! and my kids love the pool.

Had a room with connecting door. Very poor sound insulation and noise from other room

Amazing location. Poor hotel maintenance. Friendly staff

Toilet spray was not working. When they fixed it, it started leaking flooding the bathroom. Air conditioning was not adjusting temperature. The AC roof was leaking.

Location, clean, size of the room, gym, and the very comfortable bed. I also loved the huge bathtub.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel.

The warmth from the hotel staff was amazing. They make you feel at ease and very welcomed. They were attentive to the request made. Please keep up the good work.

Some of the facilities in the room. The shower glass door was worn and it cannot close properly. It allowed the water to splash while showering. Making the toilet wet. The TV in the living room can access a lot of online application. It was great. The TV in room did not have the same features. Wished both TVs would have the same features.Since the room was at the far corner of the building, WiFi reception is very weak in the room. Have to always come to the living room to get WiFi signal.

The location is good, it even allow to sit 2 adult n 2 kid in twin bed. Which i think not many hotel allowed that arrangement.

The room have some sort of musty smell, it doesnt have carpet at all.the breakfast food also is bad. For a 4 start hotel rating, i believe it should have better taste. It doesnt have to be variety but improve the food please

Swimming pool not well maintained. Changing room unusable. Tiles moldy.

Even a bit late check-out, the hotel did not charge extra fees. The staff so polite and serve well. The services are good.

Lack restaurants. Cafe food is average. limited selection for beverage.

Breakfast was ok.

Suggested a need for more local, traditional desserts like 'Kuih - muih'.Actually this is our second time booked this hotel. Late check in 12:15 midnight and want to extend late check out around 1:30PM. Unfortunately, we just get until 12:30 PM means extra 30 minutes only from actual stated.

1) Room facilities were so good 2) Front staff are so friendly and helpful

Morning breakfast limited to two adults and they charged 29++ MYR for kids

Pool was good, location is good and walkable to Jonker Street or Dutch district. Service was good and friendly. Breakfast was good but more Asian Style food not much European Food.

Jacuzzi in the Pool was defect, four lifts for the complete hotel only. At the wrong time long line to breakfast. Toilet bowl and toilet shower leaked with the result the toilet was wet on the ground. The silicone joint was old and loosen. Room was dusty at the bed side tables and a mold smell in the room. During breakfast the milk in the coffee machine is not filled up regularly and not every time the are juice glasses.

Great location, attraction is within walking distance.- Good breakfast selection.- Easy check-in process.Hotel was decent enough but not value for money.

Concierge did not help during arrival.- Blackouts during breakfast- No parking validation. Paid extra RM10/night for parking. Mentioned to press intercom, but nothing happen. - Certain parts of the pool facilities not properly maintained.

The infinity pool was too cold to swim in, since it's open and on the 9th floor, and sunlight doesn't reach it. It could use some heating.

Only the room. Came with a tub even.

I asked the reception if she could lend me 2 wine glasses and send them to my room. She said yes and that housekeeping will send it. 20 minutes later, nothing. My food is getting cold so I call the reception again at '0'. It didn't go to the same person but she scoffed at my request sarcastically and put the phone down.First problem. The receptionist should have just said "no, we don't do that" instead of getting my hopes up. Second, the rude piece of s* that worked the phone between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, 6 December 2025. I hope you lose your job.Last one is the breakfast. The restaurant can't handle the number of guests, you'll be queuing until breakfast hours end. Total scam, save 60 bucks and just get the room and eat at the mall downstairs or outside the hotel.

Breakfast, spacious room with affordable price and it's near the mall.

No room for family

Most attractions are within walking distance, which makes the location extremely convenient.The buffet breakfast offers good variety and value, and the room rates are very reasonable.The pool and kids’ water play area are great additions, especially for families.The rooms are well-maintained and offer excellent views.

The pools are pretty much crowded almost all the time.
