There were no information like tourists maps etc. The food at breakfast was disappointing, not much choice.

Staff are friendly Ard the hotel area has got alot of restaurants

Room are very dusty Door latch is broken.

Clean,staff clean my room everyday. Receptionist also good. Walking distance to restaurants and DP.

Swimming pool not well maintained. Some weird and funny smell around swimming pool area. Also the swimming pool area is so quite,no pubs/bar open. The wood of the roofdeck almost broken into pieces haha so scary.

The room is nice.We can walk about 20 minutes to reach at bandar hilir.

1.There are some bread/biscuits crumbs on floor.2.We've got bite by...i don't know, its bugs or mites. It's a little bit itchy while sleeping and we got bite marks early morning.

Only the location was central and parking is EV friendly with very cheap overnight charging.

The cleanliness was very, very bad. My wife and several other family members in other rooms had rashes from the dustmites!!!! How is it possible you're operating a hotel and have such terrible conditions?!?! It only looks okay but the real situation is horrible!!!! The towels are supposed to be white but are actually gray in color!!!!!I cannot come back to this hotel again. My family bans it!And the rain shower head literally POPPED up in room 519!!!! Turn on the shower and you will see the water falls from the side of the shower head.

Air con is at 18 degrees and gave a noisy sound at premier suite, need to get it service till zero noise. Only that area need to improve and rest is good for that price

For a clean comfortable room, it' good value for the money spent. The location is near to many amenities and it is quiet enough for some privacy. I also like the idea of the wardrobe being linked with the bathroom.

It can be rather dark and quiet coming back to the hotel on foot. When driving, it is not an issue of course. I would like a pair of bedroom slippers - maybe the reusable plastic or rubber type.

Value for money. Easy to find restaurants, staff friendly and easy to check out

The toilet floor is really slippery when wet. My daughter fell twice, hv to really carefull...no slipper provided...swimming pools no towel, have to bring from room...maybe because they have functioned the previous day or what but still have to prepare for other customers.

I liked nothing.

Bad behaviour of the ladyboy receptionist during check-in. Totally unfriendly and unprofessional.It was horrible to start my stay at Eco Tree like that. He/she gave me such a bad feeling. I hope they will replace the staff.Rooms are not clean. Very noise. You can hear people walk in the hallway all night.Not recommendable.

The location is great, lots of convenience store and restaurant around the hotel within walking distance The parking is outdoor but just behind the hotel within walking distance

The room sound-proofing is weak.Wifi is terrible (marketed as high-speed wifi), actual is snail-pace.Card reader not working during check-in. Have to pay by cash.

Room aircond. Room 216 aircond has to turn to 16 celcius only functional.

Good! You can swim in the pool with bar opened. Car park is provided by the hotel with free of charge. Staff was good. Attractions are nearby the hotel within few minutes of driving.

Bathroom doors cannot be closed. Narrow space in the room.

Room look different design from the normal hotel design,

No breakfast,the sofa it's not so clean..service at counter not look professional as a customer service.

It wasn’t that expensive and the proximity to the attractions was good

There was no bell boy to handle the luggage and also no room service.
