Good location , so close to jonker street. The friendly and helpful staff.

Only drawback is the hotel parking. There are parking bays but they get filled up completely during the peak times , I.e weekend. On weekdays it's OK. Maybe hotel can take a few lots on adjacent parking for the hotel residents parking on weekend

The location is the best... just beside Jonker Street and Malacca town. Walking distance.

Great location as it was just a few steps away from Jonker street. Cosy room.

bedsheets had some stains but overall acceptable. Hot shower take some time to get heated.

Location is very strategic. Practically at one end of Jonkers Street. Very convenient for food and shopping

when other occupants make noise at the corridor, you can hear them quite loudly.

This is second time I booked this hotel. I chose this hotel due to the location and the car park is available but the day I checked in car park was fully occupied. I spent half an hour to find parking lot. Finally I parked very far from this hotel.

Mattress was a little hard and it was very quiet, but the location made up for it.

This was a really terrible experience... The first time I entered the room, I noticed a strong musty smell, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. Even after staying in the room for over 30 minutes, it still felt stuffy and hot... I decided to go to the front desk to ask about it, but they said, "It was already checked this morning, there’s no issue—it’s fine to stay." I insisted they send someone to inspect, and then the housekeeping staff claimed it was the smell of paint and that the AC wasn’t cooling properly because "the weather is too hot, so it takes longer to cool down." As if I’ve never used an AC before?! Later, I was moved to a second room. Before even entering, the staff aggressively sprayed air freshener and asked, "Can you smell anything now?" I said, "The whole room just reeks of air freshener—fine, whatever. But the AC *still* isn’t cold!" Then, the new key card didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs again! By the third room, nothing had improved, and I was furious. I went back to the front desk, and their "solution" was to offer a downgraded room—without refunding the price difference! I paid **RM450+** for a triple room! The AC in the new room *was* cold, but the bedsheets were somewhat dirty... By then, it was too late, so I had no choice but to grudgingly accept it. But **never again**!

Location was good. Parking was a plenty, maybe because is a weekday!

The TV was bad. The picture and conversation were out of sync. Please try to watch the tv yourself to understand what I mean. 2. Feels like no water at the shower. 3. The beds very mobile. When I sit on it , it moves away. Dangerous as one may sit on the floor instead of the bed. Thanks maybe should have a stopper at the wheels!

Location was excellent. Right in Jonker Street so super close to the attractions. Able to walk to the attractions. The lift was available so made it easy with the luggages and the staff were friendly.

I expected the room to be cleaner, air conditioning wasn’t working properly, the room has no sound proofing so you can hear easily people outside and passing by. Also, parking is very very tight so if you have a big car, definitely can be an issue. Overall, for the price charged, it should be in a better condition. You’re basically just paying for the location and nothing else.

The staff were excellent and always resolved things quickly. I've stayed at this hotel twice and will use it again in the future.

Location is great. Staff were always helpful when I had questions. Bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with kitchens, convenient location with direct access to shopping malls, facilities such as pools and gyms, etc. are all excellent!

I’d like to have tissue paper and kitchen towel in the room.

Great location walking distance to Jonker Street. Can find a lot eateries outside the hotel. Room was clean and staff is friendly. There are few parking lots behind the hotel. Weekdays should be no problem to find a parking spot.

Soundproofing not that good, can heard people talking in the room from corridor. Hot water need to wait for few minutes.

Everything was ok , unfortunately when we asked for an iron, we were provided with old heat iron that wasn’t functioning well and burned my shirt. Suggest to invest in a few steam irons.
