Overall ok .

No a/c remote to setting basic our needs. Curtains need to be rectified broken while it has holesSoap and shampoo need to be upgradeTv channel confused at least legend should be prepared and stick near by tv to avoid confuses on pressing channel. Request to upgrade.. Request a water bottle with kettle standby to do hot drinks.

Nice view. Neat, clean & comfortable.

Everything.. toilet is dirty, the bed sheets is dusty, no fridge and plugged two of them are damage.. don't have water heater but got one at outside (not convinced at all). Not worth ur rm 160 stay for one night. Please renovated ur hotel.

Price is ok

The aircorn not very good n the door lock look like not safety..the water for drink need to take at the outside of the room.

Near with city and easy to park my car

Receptionist pleasant.

We got a joining room but the room is not sound proof. We can hear people talking from the other room.

Location is okey have many shop around hotel

Iron make my shawl "berlubang".. TV in room not functioning.. shower heater not working.. pillow rejected very uncomfortable

the room quite huge and location near at town.

the room that I get was not secure interm of the lock key. the shower room seem like defect room.

its not much far from the famous places.But need to be cleaned more coz I saw some hair in the bathroom and hotel doesnt even provide toothpaste.

the receptionist was very polite and understanding.

the hotel need a renovation. toilet bowl was dirty with yellowish stain inside. the floor was sticky and dusty.

Great Service & Helpfull Staff. Very good and Responsible Receptionist in these hotel. So recommeded to all. Will come again to these hotel if went to Melaka again. tq

Strategic location to travel around.

The room is clean. But toilet is so-so. the yellow stained in the toilet bowl kinda turned off. The price should be below RM100 per room.

I don't even stay there eventhough i booked two rooms. Went to check in unfortunately aircond was not working, room and bathroom is not clean..the other room pipe is broken and both rooms are smelly. informed Hotel staff but no one take proper action and contacted booking.com and informed this so they told me will help us with partial booking cancellation but unfortunately no one help us. I was loyal customer to booking.com and did not expect I'm not getting a good solution for this.

The room was dark and eerie. The cupboard area in the room I stayed was broken

eventho the bedsheet is a bit dusty however did not complain more so okay je still comfortable and affordable

location near history and amusement sites

there was no remote control for the AC unit that is too cold, the bed dosen't smell fresh (there was a smell i think they did not replace it from the last user), and there was a soap already opened and i think is already used at the bath section they forget to throw out. maybe the room was urgently last minute made before the staff went on leave.
