Upgraded my room. It was very spacious.

Aircon was not cool enough. It felt like a fan blowing barely cool air. Temperature adjustment didn’t work. It seems like hotel set temperature and it can’t be adjusted. I set the temperature to the lowest and coldest possible and left. When I returned after a few hours the room didn’t feel cold enough still. Reported the matter to reception. I didn’t bother changing room because I checked another room that was being cleaned by housekeeping and noticed the same issue with the A/C. Reported the matter to reception who promised to let management know.

Big room, very comfortable,got swiming pool.

No crosswalk in front of hotel and heavy traffic. No room safe or full length mirror in room

Aircond level cannot control. My baby son got fever on 2nd night. Should be plan to go out that night but cancel. Bit disappointed because husband just finish his 3d2n training. Sorry but not totally hotel fault. Anyway got rested well with 4kids.

Staff very friendly, breakfast good, room very clean, spacious room ...overall very comfortable.

Floor no carpet..at night quite noisy ...coming from the road.. even at 12 floor.

Breakfast menu was same for 2 days, nasi lemak with chicken curry only! Can do better with other dish like fried chicken, rendang etc Rest was good, keep it up.

Room was spacious and quiet -- top marks for sleep quality. Location was good, near the historic center (few hundred metres) without being too close to hear any street noise. Room and bathroom very clean.

When I called in the morning before my arrival to ask if I could have an early check-in as requested during booking, the female staff was very curt. Front desk male staff in the evening was very pleasant, informing us of special cultural performances in the centre of town. Room: Shower door did not sufficiently prevent water from wetting the bathroom floor. Impossible to keep bathroom floor dry after a shower. No key card needed in elevator to access floors for guest rooms -- security issue as there was no security at main entrance.

Rooms are comfortable.

Your car park coming in and going out is dangerous as no barrier in between for cars going up and coming down which can be very dangerous in event of a crash.

Room was clean and hotel is located good location near to tourist place, and lots of indian restaurenets near this place

Breakfast is very very worst, we ate first day rhen 2nd day we go outside for breakfast, No one is liked in our team.

Not maintain building, no bath tub, and parking is not well maintained

Buffet Breakfast was a real let down. Except for the bread, butter, jam, eggs nothing else was good

The furniture and utilities is well maintained . Room is very clean and neat . I got request to get a room without dust because allergic to dust . Thr staff was really understand and provide a great service . Very easy to check out on ealry morning .

The pillow was too hard and I have ask 2 times to the staff but no one took interest in it
