Excellent service from the hotel staff. Small touches make this hotel a five star. A short walk to the tourist area.

No kids pool, less choice for breakfast

Conveniently located, well within walking distance of Jonker area. Premises is far larger than in the photos. Ample public parking in front so that despite being allocated a parking space at the back, we ended up parking in front since it’s free on a public holiday. Lovely courtyard, dining & lounge areas for relaxing.

Could hear neighbours stomping around at night. The room would have felt more comfortable lit with warm white downlights instead of cold white. Windows should have sheers in addition to blackout roller blinds.

I love the fact that they have coffee machine in the room which very unusual to see in a hotel room. Also I love details design for this hotel which include all the cultural malacca related.

Pretty decent and intimate breakfast

Quaint boutique hotel with character. The lobby was nice to chill out with good music and free flow water.The room was clean and of good size. The bathroom was big and had a good shower!Breakfast (in a really nice courtyard) was decent, although with Malacca, u should venture out to try the authentic local breakfast. Parking was safe and convenient, located right behind the hotel and access to lobby.

Smelly room. The room where I stayed smelt of sewage and drain. We need to open the widow to let that smell out but it kept coming back.

Excellent location, a lot to do in a walking distance.The bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The four of us slept so well. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was simple, replenishent of menu items was slow, but they were replenished. Room was great. Pool was good, an infinity pool.

Hotel was well located

Very uncomfortable beds with no mattress base. Staff where extremely noisy every afternoon when cleaning was taking place. expensive for the basic room and facilities, no restaurant on site.

Good location. Walkable to Jonker Street ( 15-20 min )Bunga Raya famous popiah store just nearby.

The swimming pool side with some very rough small sand ( or stones ). It really hurt when stepping on it. My son get cut on one of his toe. Same goes to another guest’s daughter playing at that time as well.

The hotel is very quaint. A nice little cozy boutique hotel near Jonker Walk. 15mins walk. The guy at the reception when I was checking in was very friendly but the others not so much.

Not easy to detect it which isn't much of an issue if you take a car but I missed it when I was walking

Mostly the room, ambience, location and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing with the family. The breakfast spread was so-so but decent. Love the pool too. The beds were really nice and comfy. We had the best sleep ever.

The road to the carpark was kinda bad, should have more signage along the way so that visitors are more guided and feel safe. But once reached the carkpark, its convenient cuz direct access to the reception and room. Thats all, overall i really enjoyed the stay!

Very clean room, comfortable pillows and beds. Sound proof. No mosquito. The hot water comes on straight away. Location was within walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

The breakfast was not replenished fast enough. We had to notify the staff and wait for the food. The room door (hydraulic buffer door closer very hard), takes a long time to shut. I had to use force to close it.

Great location just 10 minutes walk from jonker street. Excellent room, super helpful and friendly staff. The whole hotel decor is very unique and stylish. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices to choose from and the dinning area was bright and big. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom large. The ambiance and decor of the hotel was nice. Happy there was a pool and free parking. Location was great.
