GRAND FLORA HOTEL

Not worth the money. No staff to help with bags, no politeness. Even for an hour early checkin they will ask money. Pathetic internet. Rooms have worn out with noisy AC, bad blankets etc

Can maintain the service... Its a good for couple, family or friend...

Not much restaurants around there

The place is in a strategic area and a lot of food is located near the hotel.

The air-conditioning was not cool and kept on shut down. since I was out of the hotel most of the time I didn't complain to the staff.

need to come out with variety of foods for breakfast

A little bit dusty, the toilet is so so (toilet bowl rocking, the tap broken) , the aircond need long time to cool, the freezer is not functioning, the window is loose so much noise from outside leaked in also from the balcony door.

The people and convenient place with lots of food and far away from traffic.

Facilitie is poor. There is not enough towel eventhough we only ask for extra one. We saw lots of small cockroaches and the carpet is dirty and dusty with hair.

I've stayed in one room, they agreed that the booking was duplicated but still charge me for 2 room.

Breakfast is more to oriental suitable for adult.. Bedroom is comfort

Breakfast not many for children, only bread & cereal.. please improve add variaty of bread, cake, muffin, etc..There is no iron at every room.. need go outside sharing

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The washroom fan was not working. There is no second lock for the door for safety purposes.

Just about 10 - 15 minutes’ drive to various locations. Easy parking. Many food outlets???

Clean and tidy

Windows are not sound proof. Can’t sleep at night due to loud noise of vehicles driving along the road at the front of hotel.

Location not far from center. Easy check in and check out.

Only nasi lemak and soup, not much choice for breakfast. Maybe because its weekday.

Parking. The room quite clean, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. The actually actually has lot of thing to eat if you driving. Both side of the road has lot of restaurants.

The room that I staying has a big gap between the main door and the floor. I can push my toes out. The big gap make the room not sound proof to outside noise. End up need to cover the gap with one of the towel. I also don't like the breakfast because potato was served in place of sausage as per label. Fried noodles was too spicy as intentionally don't want the customer to eat it. The breakfast not worth the money. Another area is the check-in at 3:00PM was too late. End up we only check-in at 9:00 pm after back from signt-seeing. The traffic light to turn into main road was so congested. Opposite the road has CU and family mart. The 7-eleven on the hotel side don't even sell body shampoo (the one come with hotel just 1 small bottle).
