Pros +
- The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the view of rice paddies from our window was lovely. Our room safe was inoperable, and a maintenance worker did arrive fairly quickly to fix it. The same when we arrived at the room and found we had no towels. Someone did deliver towels within 30 minutes of our call.
- Perfect location n beautiful room.
- breakfast food very recomendedlocation & view mountain the beststaff politecleanliness ok
Cons -
- Breakfast is served buffet style until 10am. By 8:30, when we arrived, many of the offerings were gone and the staff made no effort to fill any of the empty bowls, plates and serving platters. When we arrived at the hotel, no one greeted us. It was difficult to get help when it was needed. On the others hand, staff knocked on our door 3-4 times because they had the wrong room.
- There's a sound of moving furniture n knocking the hall on the upper room till we couldn't sleep the whole night because of scared. The phone in the room isn't function to call lobby . The sound keep on going from 2am till 5am in the morning.
- give more light at lobby
