- It was clearly a scam since I arrived there where they asked me to pay by cash the room, telling me they do not accept reservations from Booking anymore for now more than 2 months (but this is the only way to book this hotel). I arrived quite late at night, I didnt have options for me. We are now almost a month later and OYO still send me a copy-paste message to contact the hotel to ask the refund when I ask them where is my Booking reservation refund. Have also to say you dont really have to be fix at photos, the room is clearly not as clean & lighten (no windows at all in my room) Communication very complicated with employee where they will always tell you theyre just employee and cannot help you when you need them. Oh and btw, from 6am it started to be noisy, really noisy for an hour where decided to clean the hotel, hitting all the corners, steps with their broomstick, slapping doors, talking with speaker mode on their phone. Earplugs wont be enough for you, I hope youll have a nice stay there if youre still looking for to be there.
- The place smelled like a dirty cat litter box. It wasnt even just one spot; it was the whole place.
