Location is good by the way

Bed bugs in first room, another room was given. Very tired staff, but friendly and helpful. Old building need to be repaired.

Location and offered tours

Everything in the room was broken: the kettle, shower, air conditioning, and other. Room was unkept and moldy

Super strategic location. Close from kayoetangan heritage, alun-alun, and train station.

The staff did not check my reservation properly, so they gave me incorrect room and asked for payment eventhough I paid already. Also the pillow was too thick and the sink was clogged.

In a good location and not far too the train station.

The rooms need some things fixing. The curtains are very old with holes in them and needed probably replacing several years ago. Broken towel rail in the bathroom and no where to hang your towel, the water was running continuously in the toliet.

This hotel was very nice and good location! We were close from Kayutangan and Indomaret! People were very welcoming!

The sink and shower drain in the bathroom were clogged. The bathroom ceiling was completely moldy. It was pitch black and the bathroom smelled very bad. We felt sick for a while because of this. Then we had to change our room. There was no hair dryer in the room. We asked for it, they gave it to us but took it away because another customer needed it and didn't give it back. The breakfast variety was very limited and hygiene rules were not followed at all. There were flies flying around in the fruits. I will definitely not stay again and I do not recommend it to anyone. If I had known it would be like this, I would not have made a reservation.

Not much to say

The staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They lied to us in several situations like excursion prices and other logistics. They were even a bit rude in the welcome. Hotel is old but at least is cheap

Reception area, breakfast Reception and breakfast staff are pleasant enough but need to be more attentive to guests' needs

Sadly, the hotel finds itself in an area that has quickly become rundown. Not sure why. Heritage area is so close and so much better. Accordingly, the owners are not investing in the hotel. So many things need replacingSimilar priced hotels close by have plunge pools, bars, terraces to relax on. I visited them

Location OK near top end of Heritage district and walkable to Ijen Blvd

The spacious clan room with comfy bad, good location.

Room was very spacious. Enough parking and very good location in Malang.

The room 104 good leaking at the sinki roof and in the toilet.

It is a complete mess, dirty as you can imagine. It has never been cleaned with a mop or wiped. The bathroom is so filthy that you don't want to take shower there, the toilet doesn't flush and had to take off the lead and fix it myself. The curtains are torn all over and hasn't been washed since the day they were hang, and you don't want to touch it. The mattress and pillow are very uncomfortable. Towels are very old.The walls are broken in places and have been patched, but left unpainted and half finished. A complete disaster of a place.

The online thing good about this place is only the Staff. They are really nice and proactive.Not recommended to stay more than one night.

Dirty Shower, the water in the sink doesn’t drain easily, there is no Bathroom mat and the room in general isn’t really clean.

The friendly desk staff, breakfast & location.

The dirty disgusting male room "cleaners" who took it upon themselves to smoke in our "Non Smoking" room.We went out for a couple of hours, left the 'clean my room' sign on the door & came back to a disgusting smell of smoke. So bad we could not stay in that room. Nara on reception was excellent, not her fault we told her, but the cleaner(s) who did the dirty deed should be sacked!! A disgusting end to our stay & made us feel bad.Nara found us another room, she was great but unfortunately this place did not meet our expectations ?.Beware when booking here, it's actually very old & in desperate need of many repairs or full renovation. Probably rate this as a low 2 star motel as it's dirty & noisy with cars reversing up to rooms, doors slamming in the night & obviously no respect!

Staff at breakfast are hiding behind their desks and constantly checking their smartphone instead of checking if food needs to be added to the buffet...

they dont provide iron, but you can ask them to iron for them. the hotel ambience quite nice. breakfast is good. staff is friendly. got 1 warong next to it but not many food selection. quite accessible with other facilities, bank, supermarket by walking distance.
