Aria Gajayana Hotel

It¿s location next to the mall easy access to anywhere in Malang.

Hotel is old doesn¿t meet the international standard. Pricey

Location

From the reception, room facilities and breakfast was excellent. The wifi was good. Connected to the mall and it was the biggest in Malang. The traffic was busy, maybe because city area. Overall l would say, value for money.

Like l said, the traffic was busy because in the city.

Central Park near shopping and car early to get

All ok for me

The staffs were quite nice and polite.

We booked a non smoking room but the room was smell like nikotin junkies were there for the whole time. It could be due to the bad AC and non openable window. The room was dirty.

The breakfast was almost perfect, with various corners of foodies and the staff who were very helpful.

1. The bathroom door should be clean, spotless without any stains. Free from fungus is higly appreciated. 2. Some walls in the room should have been re-painted. 3. Laundry bags must be present as well.

The location is the best in town.We use to come very often. The Staff very helpfull. breakfast was fantastic as always. The amenities also great. We had free parking. We can use printer in business desk, thanks !

So far so good although the price extremely change but we understood,we're in peak season...

Location and staff were very good

Rooms - furniture was awful, no cupboards or drawers, no storage whatsoever. In first room we were given. The A/C was broken and would not switch off, freezing all night until I complained and we got moved. No shoes for walking in shower and the floor was like skating on ice!!

The room was a great size and was very spacious. It was spotlessly clean, very modern and the beds were comfortable. We got into Malang at around 3am and we were able to check in at this time. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and we were especially thankful to the receptionist on our last morning who helped arranged a taxi whilst we ran late for a train!! The pool was big, clean and often empty! The location right next to a large mall was also helpful. This hotel was a great base to explore Malang.

Personally for me some sunbeds around the pool would be good. There were some wooden 'huts' to sit in but they were not comfortable for very long. A sunbed or two just gives another option although I appreciate the pool was often empty. The team were also slow in responding to questions through booking.com

Not much that I liked

Dirty room, cracked walls, horrible shower

The staff was nice and helpful, they found us a driver to take us to the waterfalls. The room was big, and the bed was comfy. Soundproofing was ok.

The room could have been cleaner and in better condition. Low variety of occidental food for breakfast (but a loooot of occidental dishes)

Friendly staff, especially house keeping, great breakfast and easy access to the Mall

Very friendly staff, great and excellent accomodations!Best Hotel in Center of Malang!Best Location, near biggest Mall of Malang.

The traffic in Malang sometimes

The hotel is located in the center of Malang and is attached to MOG mall which is very convenient. choice of breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Roomwas spacious and clean.

I can’t specifically say there was anything I didn’t like about the hotel, but would have been nice if there were balcony or terrace rooms.

It’s linked to the mall. Also, there is a little gym next to the pool/spa. I loved the little gym there. It had towels ready and bottled water and airco. I also think the rooms were really nice and spacious.

It could have been cleaned a bit better. I found a lost potato fry of the previous guest in the minibar. But this is forgivable, since cleaning staff get little time to clean up.

The location was really good within a complex of a reasonable sized mall in central Malang. Access was easy. Room was reasonably sized for 3 persons. A variety of food for breakfast.

One of the bed sheet was already worn out with holes. One of the coffee cup was littered with something like sand which couldn't come off. Part of the curtain was also torn with a hole. Parking was a bit limited during weekends.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, very clean rooms. Price - quality ratio is excellent!!

My girlfriend was a little bummed out there weren't any comfy chaise longues next to the pool, but the pool itself is very nice, long enough to do small laps:)

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Good food

Good location, spacious rooms.

English of staff is very limited, also the hallways are very echoing

Good size room en good lighting

Shower without any water pressure, no bedside table, not enough sockets for phone/laptop etc. Booked this because it has a gym but the gym was closed until further notice which is not mentioned on website and other mediums.
