Hotel Santika Premiere Malang

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and all amenities. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some furniture can be a little bit old, but is well maintained, so it just adds a bit of a vintage feeling to the hotel. There's a pool, gym, cafe and other services. Breakfast has a lot of options. It was a wonderful time in this hotel.

The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. As soon as we arrived, we got greeted with such kindness and warmth! The staff is always super professional and caring. The pool area is gorgeous especially at night. The rooms are super clean and well equipped with modern amenities while maintaining their very unique and authentic local touch ?

- Live music was too loud and too late for us. We came back from Bromo and were looking for an early night, but that was not possible.- We were very early. When we arrived the desk staff assured us he would ask the cleaners to clean our room first, but we ended up only being able to check in at normal check in-time (which is understandable, but we thought after the comments we would be able to check in a bit earlier).

Helpful staff, clean area

The initial room was smelling like minyak tanah (paraffin oil). Told the staff and they tried to clean it but somehow smell still lingered. Eventually got a new room.

Excellent breakfast, not too many, but it was delicious. They have super-friendly staff; even the male supervisor asked me if I needed a hot and healthy drink whenever he knew I was unwell. I will come again on my next trip.

It is time to renovate and fix the acoustics so the room can be quieter and comfortable.

Stayed twice for several days in this hotel within a few weeks.Very warm welcome.Very friendly employees , really very nice experience.Good service and attention.Clean room, very nice big comfortable bed.Excellent breakfast choice when arriving early.

Bathroom is old , it was "clean" , but it does require attention.Lots of scale on showerhead and faucet Experienced limited breakfast choice after 8.00hrs , insufficient supply or not supplied in time.Experienced full breakfast area with empty dirty tables . No clean table available. Dirty tables not cleared in time. Have to ask on 2 days for clearing available table.Unfortunately very noisy room.Extreme loud noise from moving wooden chairs on tiles in other rooms during "silent hours" . Noise from corridors and extreme loud mosque right besides the hotel .Smoking and non smoking not proper separated. Everywhere smokers on balcony and corridor.Experienced dirty smoke smell in room/corridor and elevator on first visit.

Nice and good hotel, very good breakfast. But the Mosque next door was too loud for me. Especially around 4 am.

the property is big and 5/10 mins from the center. there is a big and nice pool. there is a nice restaurant and is possible to have a take away breakfast if you leave early for excursions.

The breakfast at Santika Malang is outstanding—always delicious with a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had such a great experience that I look forward to returning in the future

Facilities were all perfect. Restaurant and breakfast served were all great. Swimming pool good size for kids and adult. Hotel exterior design love it. Room interior not too old but not the latest design. But still good enough.

The reservation procedures really annoyed me. The reservation team sent me two notice from booking.com messages and Whatsapp saying "if I do not check in by 2pm, the reservation will be released as I have not put any booking guarantee from booking.com". I understood it was weekend, and hotels in malang usually were all fully booked. But that was the option offered by booking.com, if your hotel did not support booking.com procedures allowing customer to pay during check in, don't work with booking.com. It truly annoyed me because I am traveling with kids. If it suddenly release my reservation, I would have been so mad.

Great stay here with good breakfast. We went to Mount Bromo and the team kindly provided a packed breakfast on the first day for our trip. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean.

Nice room with balcony to allow fresh air to come in. The hotel compound has a lot of greeneries too.Hospitality is excellent.

Very nice and helpful staff (reception), helped us with planing of our Bromo-trip. Good central location.

The bathroom looks old/used and could use a renovation. The food in the restaurant very plain but not in the good way. The vegetable curry for example was very watery and made out of three sorts of frozen vegetables.
