Food is amazing and staff was soo helpfull and kind Feel like home

Refrigerator is out of service ☹️ and give bed smell

Breakfast and pool was nice.

When you decrease the amount of amenities and I even had to ask for tooth brush and toothpaste from the room service in the name of protecting the earth etc, that really lowers your value and makes me reconsider staying there again. And you could at least provide drinking water in reusable glass bottles, instead to have taking it self from a water dispenser in the hallway.

The room had a good size with a good view of the city.

Breakfeast could have more options. More fresh bread would be good.The bathroom was a little bit weird and no hand towel and soap in the sink in the first day.

I absolutely enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, e.g., they helped me booking bus tickets and printing them. Aside from tgat they always had a smile on their face.The room was very comfortable and provided aircon, fridge, kettle, complimentary water/coffee/tea, safe. A hairdryer could be borrowed from the reception desk. The views from my room on the 11th floor were amazing. I especially liked the interior design.The hotel’s location was quite central with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Cleanliness... The room looks clean at the first sight but if you look closer the sheets have stains, towels are extremely old and curtains are so dirty it's just gross... I would expect much from an Ibis hotel :(

Very friendly staff. We booked only for one night and then we wanted to extend our stay. There were no free rooms, but as soon as the hotel got a cancellation fromAnother guest, the staff reached out to us and offered to stay one more night. We could stay in our room, so that was very comfortable!The breakfast is nice, very big choice of many different dishes.

The rooms are simple but fine. The room was very clean but they could organize new bed sheets/ towels since they look already old/ used.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was a decent size and had nice views of Malang. There were a few food places within walking distance to get dinner. There was a massage place across the road which was amazing and great value for money! $11 NZD for 1 hour. We also did laundry which was $10 NZD for 1 bag which was a fair price.

The breakfast wasn’t our favourite. It caters more towards Indonesian food (which makes sense for where it is) but was hoping for more western options.

The hotel was alright for the price paid, a few hours drive away from Mount Bromo & Sewu waterfalls . However apart from these attractions there was not much to do for tourists.

The bed sheets had stains on it.

The room is small but the view over the city out the window was cool.They offered a good package for the waterfalls, mt. bromo and Mt. ijen which we ended up taking. It included all transport , accommodation in Ijen and ended with the ferry to Bali. it was intense to have these three attraction so close together but it saved us a whole day compared to our original planning.

One could see that the furniture was old, e.g. both mirrors in the room had many dark spots. The sink clogged after 1 night but the service fixed it when we mentioned it.

The location is good, the stuff are helpful, the room is clean.

Just the towel appeared not white enough.The breakfast is comparably expensive and not good enough compared to other hotels I stayed in Surabaya.

Not much privacy in bathroom area . Toilet only separated by glass door.

Friendly staff, beautiful mountain view & reasonable price for the room facilities & location. The breakfast was nice and the location very near by Malang city.

The default amenities is only available on demand, part of their no plastic policy. I mean one time use paper bagged tooth paste?

The staff don’t attend to the request promptly. As example, i request prayer mat on day one, but only dekivered on day 4. And my request for iron and iron board? They didn’t deliver it at all.

Very comfortable bed! Clean. Very friendly staff. Everything you need for a night or two.
