Staff was not at desk when we arrived, lady we checked out with was really rude, implying we somehow damaged the room and asking we wait for her to check - we travel a lot and this has never happened anywhere so was confusing and offensive.

When we first parked the car we thought that we made a bad choice, but it was a very nice surprise to enter and find a nice, chic hotel, very friendly stuff, and everything at a very good price. I recommed this hotel

We arrived in the middle of the night and Host met us on Registry Desk. Proceeded our paperwork in 3 minutes and we got to our room. So, no matter when you come, you are accepted. It was critical for us at that night. Thank you!

There is no direct bus connection from the railway station; one has to change at least once. There is a bus map at the railway station bus stop. Alternatively it is a 2.5 km walk. And the restaurant closes too early for dinner with no obvious alternative in the nabourhood.

Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, helpful staff on the reception. Parking is a little bit tricky because of lack of spots, but we succeeded. Old town with restaurants is about in 20 mins on foot.

Very watm, clean, and all the furniture is new.The receptionist helped me to find a pretty good parking spot.

The parking is on the sidewalk, but has video surveillance.

Breakfast was ok, hotel rooms were comfortable

There was a sewer smell in the bathroom and the door to the bathroom did not close

Staff was professional, the check-in / check-out was smooth without incidentsRoom was VERY clean (not even a speck of hair), and everything worked as expected (air conditioning, dryer, bath cab)

Don’t be fooled by the exterior, when you come in, you will see luxury furnishings, and excellent layout. What stood out to me was the pink marble stairs. The breakfast was buffet style, included in the price with great breakfast meats, cheeses and eggs.

You have to request the AC remote from the front desk. It is not in the room. My kids were I a different room and didn’t sleep well because they couldn’t find the remote.

We stayed for only one night, after a trip in Macin mountains. It was just what we needed after a long day: the room was clean and spacious and everything seemed new.The personnel was really nice and helpful.Although the location is not central, you can reach the main restauants and terraces after a 20 minutes walk.The breakfast was basic, but good.

There are only a few parking places at the hotel, but you can park in the neighbourhood if they're full.

A hidden gem, slightly out of the way but worth it.Reception staff were extremely helpful and polite.Rooms are spotlessly clean as are the beds and shower /toilet.The breakfast is ok.Sadly there is no restaurant at the hotel and you need to travel in to the city to find one.

There is no restaurant in the evening

All great except the parking which is small and hard to find a spot!
