    Pros +

    • Clean new property with nice function rooms; great staff; good food.
    • We enjoyed the accommodation, we had all we need, the SPA area was nice and very clean, they definitely payed attention to every detail, good food, rich breakfast, nice pools near the Sarat Lake...We will definitely retur✌️✌️✌️??
    • Second stay here. First time we stopped just for one night, passing by Second time it was a deliberate choice for the weekendOutdoor swimming pool was clean and the kids area was supervised by pool staffAdditional towels for the poolPretty cleanComfy bed

    Cons -

    • The mentality of upper management seems to be 100% focused on sick people coming to experience the healing properties of the mud and lake water, IGNORING the interests of people who just want to stay fit while at a conference. The hours are too restrictive for pool and workout facilities (10-6) and it’s a complete rip-off that they charge high fees to use the exercise room - other hotels include the fitness room in their accommodation fees. The fitness room has very limited equipment anyway. The staff were fantastic but management needs a mindset update on what customers naturally expect from a health resort and spa.
    • Everything was ?
    • Logistics could be better! Inside the hotel there is no ramp to access the rooms and the elevator. Even though it is just 4 steps. Imagine you have heavy bags and bad knees! The receptionist told me that there is a ramp in the adjacent block, where rooms are more expensiveI am sure, she was not ill-intended, but it didnt make me feel better!Bathroom is really-really narrow!! Even for slim persons as we are!No place to dry the swimming suit! Although this is a spa hotel!!Not possible to walk from the hotel to the outdoor swimming pool, even though there is a passage, it can be used only one way (and still you need to walk out), and only by adults!!Return is only by the street :( Quite inconvenient! The indoor pool was closed for renovations and we booked the hotel because of the indoor pools mostly since we are not fond of summer sun..Not all of the slides worked in the children poolFood in the hotel's resto was not matching the price level! Meat was of poor quality and unchewable :(Breakfast is ok, with multiple choices. No tea cups though, only small coffee cups and there is a always a queue to the coffee machines

The hotel is new and it looks freshThe room was spotless clean! All towers and bathrobes were new and shining white, as well as the bed linenSince in summer most guests use the outdoor pool, we had the indoor pools and jakuzzi just for ourselvesBreakfast is quite varied. We had dinner and lunch in the hotel's resto. The food was good.

Not that i didnt like, but it would be easier with more info about opening hours for the pools et alSomehow upon check-in the staff didnt provide us the info about breakfast time and location, not the working hours for the pools. Also a small inconvenience is that the passage cannt be used when passing from the outdoor pools back to the hotel. These are small details, of course. But picky chosers pay attention even to this :))

    Spa services was very good.

Rooms are a little small. Selection of wine in restaurant could be improved.

    Everything (especially the wet sauna)

An indoor freshwater pool for adults only would be amazing (loud kid disrupted the peace while his parents did not care about other people being present)

The room was spacious, clean, comfy bed and quiet.Spacious hallways. The interior pool and the jacuzzi (in the hotel side) were perfect for a relaxing time.

Cold hallways between the hotel and he spa buildings. Very unpleasant to pass them in swimming suits and with wet hair. The room was prepared for one person only even though it was booked for two.The AC maintenance fad to be done during our stay so while we refused it since we just accommodated we didn’t get it done after we got out from the room. Thus, it was very hot oblver night so we couldn’t adjust the room temperature. At the interior pool are the saunas stay turned off for energy saving purposes. While I could understand it I was expecting to find a phone or a way to ask for them to be powered on. I had to go to the spa reception (in a different building to ask for it).We had to pay for the fitness facility but the equipments were just a few.The jacuzzi water was cold and the thermometer didn’t work and the staff wasn’t aware of any of these issues. The food at the restaurant is a bit pricey and the portions are very small.

The spa, breakfast and room is nice! The restaurant has some really good dishes

I was told to leave the spa 12 minutes before closing, which was a breach of expectations after the info I had been receiving as I arrived late. The bathroom in the room smelled a little rotten/wetness damage, and the shower by the indoor pool as well. The sauna is not hot enough.

Nice rooms, clean and quite nice overall

The restaurant was very slow preparing dinners and the portions were a bit small. The breakfast was very good and staff is very friendly. Also, since the tap water is non-potable so you have to rely on bottles. The first bottle of purified water is free. After that, the mini bar is stocked with carbonated- and still water at around $4.- per bottle.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, modern. Great for a weekend getaway. Good breakfast.

There is no tea/water next to the saunas/pool area, just in the other building where the treatments are. Very few seats to relax in between saunas.

    the entire facility

the on/off systems in the room.... it was hard to turn the lights on and off... very confusing... I kept waking upmy coworker when I had to go to the bathroom.

It was very clean, has a lot of spa facilities and the food’s restaurant is delicious, prepared by Antonio Pasarelli

The place is modern, newly renovated, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, willing to comunicate and improve. Spa area very atractive and cozy. Friendly and profesional massage staff. Very comfy mattress and pillows. All in all, a pleasant experience. so, we highly recommend it.

the weather and the surroundings :) which mean we have to visit the place in the summer too!

    10OctavianPosted on: 12-9-2024

All was at high level: rooms, spa, food, which is cooked by the chef from Paprika TV. During winter, the hotel has two inner pools: one with salted water and one with warm water. Also it has a number of saunas (dry and salted).

    10VfilimonPosted on: 10-14-2024

The breakfast was very good. Also the restaurant was good for dinner!.

You have to make reservation 7 day's before arrival for all spa facilities except pools, jacuzzi and sauna

    7LarisaPosted on: 10-14-2024

The room was very comfy, quiet.

The staff is not very professional, the person at the front office barely offered us any useful info, we had to pry that info out of her (like spa access or even the breakfast timing & location). The spa only has a small seating area inside and they have this 2h unofficial limit to staying there. The sauna at the spa wasn’t operational & the hotel pool was VERY crowded because it is so tiny. We didn’t get the spa experience we were looking forward to.

We were stating here for work and it was a good location close to where we were. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect.

    Could not fault the place.
