Hotel Santika Premiere Garut

Padi field and mountain view

Long waiting for check in process

Balcony view to the mountain, wide variety breakfast, super friendly staff, good location

The shower room cleanliness should be improved.

Nice location and clean, the food is good

The view! I booked deluxe hollywood and got the pool + mountain view! All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast food are varies and delicious.

Unfortunately, they need to take care of the cleanliness :) I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and asked for the room cleaning service on my 2nd day and the bed sheet was not changed. I aware of it because there was one dirty spot and i saw it again after my room got cleaned. Also, at the restaurants, you can find some dirty spots on some of their glasses and plates.

pool attendant, restaurant waitress, the house keeping, all very welcome and accommodating. Premiere room location also bit private so we can do swimming comfortably and get morning and afternoon tea. Activities for children are a lot! Buffalo, rice field and horse are amazing!

some furniture near my sink falls apart and gets my feet, my children and my husband. I think it need to be replaced.

The location, the view, and the design (architecture & interior).

This is my third time staying at Santika Garut, and each time I’ve tried a different room. Out of all, the room with a balcony and mountain view was by far the most satisfying. In contrast, both the family room and the superior room—which I stayed in most recently—were disappointing. The bathroom was the worst part: it had an unpleasant smell, and both bottles were labeled “shampoo,” which was confusing. As for the breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend it during peak seasons. I arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone and looked unappetizing. There were even some flies around, and oddly enough, the staff were focused on cleaning an area that didn’t appear dirty—seemingly ignoring parts that actually needed attention.

Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a warm water pool and a small gym. Plenty of amenities. Breakfast have a lot of varieties, with some local food.

The chair in the room looked like a chair usually used in banquet. The other room has a different chair. There was some ants around the table. Location is quiet far from the city.

The bathroom is not clean. There are a lot of stains on the bathroom floor and the toilet

Pool very nice

Room standard uncomfortable too small

The staff professional attitude and mannerism. The check-in staff, Bu Mita, was very helpful.

No spa!

Breakfast was just okay. View nice.

Absolutely hated that the focus on making the kids have fun in the pool was all they cared about. I know it’s important they enjoy their holiday but the other guests had no consideration at all. From early in the morning the music (kids nursery rhymes) was blared in the centre courtyard at an absolutely obnoxious volume. And who really wants transformer characters roam through the dining room? To make matters worse the hallway of rooms 246 and 247 smelled of sewage. When I mentioned this of course the staff were very apologetic but ultimately did nothing at all to help.

The hotel was clean. The staff are nice.

* I received an email from booking.com and said my card was not valid. So I called the hotel about it, they asked my phone number and to ignore the email.* The bathroom's door has surrounding gap, so you can clearly hear any sound made in the bathroom ( example: farts ).* Breakfast was sad, very small variety

Clean, location, breakfast, warm pool, staff

Room is convenient.. cancel extra bed after it paid, still very easy to get it back

Stay in room 325, the hanger need to be fix, shower blue (cold) red (hot) mark weren't clear

Now Hotel have a hot water pool which is very excellent !! but please keep the pool boy always there.

The corridor along all rooms are too dark .

Heated pool, the full bag laundry promo, the mountain view and the parking area.

Room is a bit small, bathroom floor is slippery and dark.

The mountain view is AMAZING

Breakfast is so-so. The salad and potato wedges are bad.

breakfast is ok, quite a lot of menu

- Mini fridge not available in room, have to request - Hot water in bathroom not working during 3 days stay- Weekend rates are too expensive for 3 star hotels

it is very kids friendly

cleanliness, i can still see a lot of dust and crumbs in my room, the room smells

Staff hospitality, variety and quantity of food, location

Some facilities could be better
