- sound proofing is terible, we can hear voice from other room, and it even i can smell smoke from other room - people smoking. Breakfast not so good, i think the ingredient not fresh
- Evening BBQ buffet lacked healthy salad and vegetable options. Fish was sub standard. meat and fish cooked on same hot plate. Breakfast was not up to international standard hotel, focus on sweets and deserts. When asked to assist with transportation took many attempts to offer help. Pool far too warm, fitness room not in keeping with international chain standards very poor.

Very new, so clean and everything works. Helpful and polite staff at reception. Small pool is a bonus. Good location - 10 minutes walk to city centre.
Restaurant staff need more training in customer service.
Room King privillege was huge and comfy, perfect location in city center with mall, waterpark and restaurants next door
Terribly slow check in, waited for 30 minutes while it was not busy at all, room was not ready until 2.35pm while check in time at 2pm, total waiting 65 minutes.Pool quite small and people swimming with clothes.Staff often talk in middle of hallway, blocking customers
