First Landing is a 3-star resort, located directly on a sandy beach and offering beautiful views of the nearby Mamanuca Islands. This resort offers traditional bungalow-style accommodations and friendly service. There are 36 spacious ‘bures’ (bungalows) and villas at the resort, all of which have been decorated in a colorful island style. Choose between the garden and ocean bures or the larger 2-bedroom villa which have their own private swimming pools. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. A wide range of international food, including many local dishes and fresh seafood is also offered here throughout the day. Guests at First Landing Beach Resort & Villas will find plenty of activities on offer, including Fijian cooking classes, garden walks and crab racing. Island cruises, snorkeling and dolphin watching can all be arranged too plus there is a children’s club.

Pros +
- Nice room for a good price. Perfect to spend the day when flying out in the evening. Decent restaurant on site, refrigerator, free wifi, on site shuttle cost to airport about $25 USD.
- Dead lizard under the pillow. No one bothered to help.
- This beautiful piece of paradise offers the consumer a relaxed, friendly and genuine experience, I cannot express anymore how much I enjoyed this experience, I have stayed here several times now and it gets better every time.
Cons -
- Wish the room had a microwave.
- Pathetic service. No one bothered to contact to help discuss issues
- For our last 4 nights we moved into the 1 bedroom apartment which was also good. The tiles felt dirty needed a good clean/mop. The kitchen cupboards could also do with an upgrade and there were no soup bowls.
