Furniture is outdated, cabinets without shelves.Very poor lighting in bathroom. Also water pressure and drainage were not so good.Prices of Main courses from the menu are pretty high although the taste is nothing special.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, excellent food and great staff. The highlight are the many activities avaliable for children: swimming, biking, hiking, archery and the well equipped playground.We went there during the Halloween week and the evening activities were amazing, especially the party at the end of the week. Highly recommended for families with young children.

The hotel has a small playground and even a rabbit farm, which kids really enjoy.Plenty of activities for children: bonfires with marshmallows, face painting, nature walks, and even archery.The hotel and common areas are clean, nicely decorated, and have a charming shabby-chic style.Staff are polite and helpful.Free bikes are available for both kids and adults.Lovely green outdoor area.Breakfast is good and varied. The à la carte restaurant serves tasty food, although it’s on the expensive side.

No air conditioning, so rooms get uncomfortably hot in summer.Poorly designed bathrooms: the shower floods the entire floor because the water doesn’t drain properly.Parking comes at an extra cost, which feels like it should be included in the room price.Extra beds for children are also charged separately, another cost that should really be included.The fridge doesn’t actually cool anything, even though it turns on.No hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom.Rooms are very small; once you add a child’s bed, there’s hardly any space left.The outdoor pools are tiny compared to the photos online.The spa pools indoors are also very small and disappointing.

The location and facilities are good, the property is clean and very welcoming for families with kids. The outside areas is very nice organized for all types of activities. The breakfast accommodates a lot of tastes and is in abundance.

The sheets were washed with a detergent that had a persistent smell and I could barely sleep, maybe it seems weird, but this is how it was for me. It wasn't smelling bad, but it was too much for me.The toilet in the bathroom was flushing on its own and you had to go and flush again, so it stopped.

Avoid as much as possible, I will not contact this location again.

Lack of flexibility in addressing situations, especially when the customer expects quickly resolution. During interactions with the support service, I had the feeling that I was talking to "procedural people", whose main goal is strict adherence to rules, not finding a real solution to the customer's problem.

Spa was very nice and also the surroundings. The staff was very friendly.

two huge negative aspects from our side:- parking has to pe paid - 17 lei/day. not expensive but it’s a matter of principle, firstly because it’s outside of the hotel perimeter, secondly because anyway, the room price is not chep. - access to the spa for the kids is forbidden after 19h. we understand the reasons but 19:00 ia kind of early.

Superb location and breakfast, we really appreciated how fresh all the ingredients were and the bread and cheeses were amazing!

We did not have towels in our room or towel cords, reception was hard to reach, we did not have water upon arrival and had to shower the next day. The bathroom was not clean and the dusting was superficial. This location would have so much potential if it were taken care of properly. We were there 3 years ago as well and we felt like the quality depreciated over time, but the price definitely increased.

Nice experience overall but can be improved . Rooms were clean, staff nice and the food was very good and not that expensive

The room was nice but the light switch in the bathroom was out of the wall, the heating was not working In the bathroom and the watered from the shower was not properly draining instead spilled all over the bathroom floor. The rooms have no air conditioning either. The Spa is very limited and the pool is very small.

The location it’s very nice and the stuff are very helpful.

The double room was composed by 2 single beds and when you come in couple it’s not so good .

We like everything, this is not our first time and we love everything about this hotel.Bottle of wine for Christmas holidays was a pleasant surprise.

Coffee in the morning needs an improvement, undrinkable

The massage was 10/10. The food was 11/10 :D

Kids were at least 10 in the spa, lots of noise and no rules were followed. Even the quiet resting room wasn't safe. Would recommend to go only after 7 pm if you want peace and quite in the spa

- friendly staff- good food at the restaurant - a lot of activities for kids- beautiful area- on Sunday we had campfire and they offered marshmallows to bake

Amazing location , great place ,tasty, quality breakfast ,overall it’s such a nice and relaxing place to stay . Many activities as well . I look forward to stay there again .

A tea kettle in the room could be nice .

The property checked extra money for a non supervised parking outside of the hotel.The acces road at the hotel with my luggage was a nightmare on the cubic stones road .On site restaurant overpriced!☹️☹️

The property was clean?. I liked the fact that our room was separate from the restaurant, spa and reception. The view is exceptional, especially the tree house. The property is very very big. Love the library and the fact that the design for each room was in ambient with the rest of the whole property.

The drain from the bathroom.The fact that one of the member staff told us that we need to pay for the spa when in fact it was free. We are waiting on the money transfer.
