Very responsive and helpful staff. Was dealing with jet lag and a bit of a language barrier upon arrival, and the receptionist was kind enough to assist me in booking a shuttle back to the airport and accommodate a late check out. They shared splendid recommendations of what to do around the area and where to get traditional Romanian bites. The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of intimate, old world charm which is exactly what I wanted. Fantastic location that’s tucked away from the main center (plenty of privacy and quiet) yet still convenient by foot to get around.

I wish they extended their breakfast hours or offered a light lunch, unfortunately I slept in and missed the cut off which is 10 am. They offer a varied menu of English, French, Transylvanian and Russian breakfasts which I regret not being able to try. Would consider this closer to a bed and breakfast establishment than a hotel.

The location of this hotel is within easy walking distance to the tourist area. The host was very friendly and helpful. There are chairs in the room to sit in. Spacious bathroom. Everything looked clean. Excellent breakfast. We had duck confit which was a rare breakfast offering. But we were very happy to have it. We highly recommend this place.

The room across the hallway had their main light on all night which shone through the windows above their door and ours which made our room very bright all night.

If you have issues with stairs that could be a problem.

Breakfast was freshly prepared, tasty and adequate in terms of portions. The check in was quick and efficient as was check out.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge. You travel through an alley aside from the building. After check-in, you exit the building to the alley which is uncovered to the weather elements. We had to carry our own luggage except for one bag that the receptionist carried for us. We have to walk up stairs to the entrance to the door to access the rooms. Then we had to walk up a flight of stairs with all of our bags (except the bag that the receptionist carried). If I was a senior citizen, I would have been challenged. And none of the facilities are handicapped accessible. The room is like staying in your old aunt's bedroom. It needs updating. It is filled with old furniture including the bed and mattress which needs replacing. The bedroom is small and challenged to find room to place all of our luggage. The bathroom is large and adequate except the towels were too thin. Value is off. The price of the room that I paid (nearly $173) is expensive. I recommended a price of no more than $100 per night. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No especially if you are elderly or handicapped.

The hotel is in an excellent location. They have reserved parking immediately in front of the hotel. Breakfast is wonderful, and plenty to choose from. Gabby at the front check in was great!

It was all perfect! If I have to say something, it would be great to have bathrobes in the bathroom, but this is truly minor.

The property oozes charm with its limited rooms, central location and knowledgable and courteous staff. The bathrooms are whimsical and not what you expect. A few parking spots in the front which was essential in a crowded town.

The design of the room and the dinning room was nice and ineresting. The breakfast was different but good.

No elevator in the building

Wery cosy small hotel in Brasov old town. Nice atmosphere, we had old style bath in our room. Good bed and pillows and blankets. Small gifts for welcoming. Very good feelings.

You have to order breakfast et previous evening. But it is smart to avoid wasting.

Extremely noisy guests, quite rawdy up to very late at night and there was no one at reception to help with that. So impossible to sleep. There were plumbing issues in the toilet. And the very weird modern shower, was not only an eye sore, but also difficult to use. The breakfast was just disgusting. Absolutely inedible: cold bread, the worst quality salmon, everything was just so unappealing. Vile. I also left some earrings in the room. I called only a few hours later when I realised, but they ‘never found them’. ?

These rooms are beautiful. We had two since we have a large family and the staff was wonderful! There’s also a jewelry store connected to the hotel that we spent a small fortune at and will cherish our jewels forever. There’s also are a few spaces out front reserved for hotel guests.

Beautiful building, rooms were stunning, beds cozy, and staff welcoming and helpful. Really great location near the “narrow street” and black church. Good price and would definitely stay again.

The Wi-Fi needs updating. None of us were able to connect. Not a major issue for those that live in Romania, but the out of country guest had to use hotspots.

I liked the breakfast and the rooms being so big.

The second exit from our apartment wasn't closed with key. Feeling a little unsafe.

Nice, traditional presentation, huge room & bathroom, with lovely staff.

Breakfast is a little unusual for British tastes but that’s true of many places in Romania.
