The woman that attended the desk in the morning was extremely helpful. She booked a taxi for us to take a day trip and took the time to explain the cost effectiveness between taking a taxi or taking a bus. We did opt for the taxi. She was very attentive at breakfast. Very knowledgeable and efficient at multitasking. Many thanks to her for her help

We loved the peace and quiet of the hotel, it's proximity to the mall (a 5mn walk at our slow pace) . Breakfat was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff helpful. I would gladly recommend it

The male receptionist is very arrogant and rude.He should not be in the hospitality business. The guy is a jerk and should be fired.

It was quiet, clean and everything we needed

The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, the breakfast had many options, the staff were helpful and respectful, willing to help with everything. Free parking was a good point.

The rooms are clean , it was warm and breakfast was ok.

We chose the location because it was icy outside and they were supposed to have a parking .The price for the room made us to thinkWe that they will pay attention at the details , but when we reached the location we were invited to find a place to park on the street, on the entrance was ice everywhere and even if we told them that it is a danger to fell outside, they didn’t do anything.So, every time we went outside we were skating .

Size of the room.

Water gathering in the tub. Not a bottle of water for the guests ( water in the minibar ) which you pay for.No parking place ( there are only 3-4 parking places inside ) then you need to go and search outside of the hotel on the street where you also dont find any.

The staff was very respectful and nice. The hotel was clean.

The breakfast menu had 4 options: boiled egg with hotdog sausages, omelette, another option with omelette with cheese and another one I don't recall. The rest of the food from every choice was almost the same: a bit of butter, a bit of honey, yoghurt, yoghurt with cereals, two small croissants, a small triangle of cheese and about 5 grams of nutella. These wouldn't be my choice for a healthy breakfast. Fortunately, they also provided some vegetables and some cheese. They did ask whether I wanted something else. I didn't have the time to go back and forth with them on what they can prepare so I stuck with what they offered.The biggest issue with this stay was the noisy radiators found in the room. I adjusted the heating on the radiators before going to sleep because I woke up feeling cold the previous night. I was woken up during the night by the noise made by the radiators. The person from the front desk told me that the radiators need to be set between two values to avoid the known issue. It took about two hours to fall asleep again. The radiators were still noisy when not making the noise which woke me up.The hotel requires some renovation work in order to have more modern amenities such as ventilation and quieter heating. The air quality in the room leaves a lot to be desired.Running a hotel can be difficult. It might be difficult to find money for a renovation. Customers may be able to get better value elsewhere for the same amount of money.

- very good location just between train station and old town- very good facilities- rooms are large, bathroom also, with good conditions (clean, cosy, hot water, heating, all you may need)- breakfast is ok, good variety of food

- it didn't affect us (we arrived by train) but the parking is a little bit problematic in there (few parking places in the courtyard), but you have options in the public parking on the street.

Even the hotel is not quite downtown, it is nearby AFI Mall, that means near a lot of restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower with the right pressure of water. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

The breakfast should be open at 7.30 but was complete only at 7.50. We only have been the only guest at that moment but hat to leave at 8.00 This was a little detail.

Room was good: very clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Location is ok, near AFI Brasov, 30 minute walk to Piata Sfatului. Staff was very nice and helpful.

When booked the hotel , I did it cause we wanted a hot tub jacuzzi in the room which they did not have, just a normal bath tub. Also, the mattress not great, woke up with terrible back pain.

The hotel was very cold. Heating was on only in the rooms but also there it was very cold.In the restaurant at the breakfast we needed our jackets.

From the moment we arrived (we checked in quite late at night) we were very well taken care of. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was a very decent size with great amenities and a huge bed.The breakfast service was efficient and the food was of a very high standard.

I stayed only one night.Good location, large and well-equipped rooms, exemplary cleanliness. Own parking which can be a bit small if all the rooms are occupied.The staff is very kind and customer oriented.The breakfast in its own way is varied (as is the composition), quantitatively all together is much more than what you need for breakfast, but being in the form of 4 preset menus it is a bit disturbing that you cannot choose what you want and how much you want from they.

Apart from that aspect with the breakfast, nothing major to complain about.
