Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room was a bit crowded but ok overall. Very comfy bed. Tasty breakfast, all you need to charge up for the day.

The bathroom wasn't super clean but was ok. I have found dirt on the toilet.

Room in good size, clean and tidy. SPA clean and accesable, nice atmosphere, not busy. Breakfast and restaurant in good condition with many options and choices in the buffet. Shower was leaking and we had a flood in the bathroom because of that but staff responded quickly and took appropriate action and even offered us diferent room.very helpfull staff, all of them speak fluent English!

As for 3 star hotel it is good value for money. Spacious room, big bed but unfortunatley matress was to solid, 5 km away from old town. Other than that all was Perfect. The service was good, people nice and friendly, quiet location, spa had good facilities,

Standard of the matteras and the shower door was not sealed so we had a Little flood in the bathroom but the receptionist sorted it out for us.

The breakfast was wonderful, tasty and fresh. The location is really quiet. The bed was comfortable. Clean room.

Maybe it's just a bit personal opinion, the interior design is dark, and the lightning in the room is a bit poor and it's always a bit "dark in the room. But it's not a major discomfort.

The facilities were very good, good quality, nice and friendly stuff. The spa is very nice, 2 sauna rooms, one saline room, jacuzzi and places for relaxing. Also the room was modern, variety and good food for the breakfast. Silent area also and close to one shopping mall.

Staff was nice,hotel was nice but:I booked a room with minibar including in the price but when i wanted to checkout ? ? I was ask if I use something from the minibar,well I use something because it's says included in the price..I need to pay after again 35 euros just for 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of beer,2 chocolate and 2 cans of cola..That was a little bit expensive

You get the most for your buck with this hotel! Nice staff, the receptionist with moustache had a very friendly vibe, such a sweethart! We liked the spa very much except for turkish sauna which had a weird smell, but we just didn't use this one. Room had one of the best mattreses we ever slept on and you had a lot of options to choose from from breakfast! Overall a very pleasant stay. Nice job Lux Divina!

It is located on the end of Brasov, but for that kind of hotel in the old town you would pay around 50€ more, so keep that in mind. Although the public transportation is efficient, so not a huge disadvantage.

The breakfast was good

The hotel was pretty mediocre. The sink faucet was dripping water outside the sink, the soap dispenser was empty and water was also dripping out of the shower cabin. The bedcover had a spot on it and the room had a pretty bad smell and we let the window opened the entire time.

No one at reception at arrival and having to wait 5-10 min.No spa access available although was been advertised.Only one plug in the room

Nothing. Hotel located in a very bad place, behind an old ugly building. Small window only, the room quite small where the bed takes more than a half of it. Stinky bathroom built this way, that you have to close the door first to pass to the toilet. No even hang for a towel nor a shelf near the sink. No light over the mirror. No bottle of water for guests, tea and instant coffee available. Prices of a mini bar - a 0.33 beer costs 20 RON.Breakfast in a dark room where all the windows are covered. A trolley table suggesting you, you should bring your dishes after the breakfast... well :) No restaurant available. Payment in advance obviously... that you can't escape :)

Big parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast quite ok, nothing special buy eatable.Towels fresh, exchanged on time.
