Complex Panicel

The staff was great, and Mrs Cristina from reception was a sweetheart! The young ladies from service were lovely as well.The pool was clean, the breakfast was perfect and the location HEAVEN! We stayed 3 days and next year will come back for one week. Very rustic!❤️

This worked very well for us. We liked the service, the food, the location, and the openness of the staff to solve every request.

I would recomand additional chair in the room and also a bin.

The horse farm was great. Breakfast was good overall very peaceful environment.

No AC in the rooms and no elevators either. I don’t recommend using Booking.com, I would call the hotel directly. If you plan to stay there if you have any issues, they will not get resolved. They keep blaming one another. The hotel will say it’s Booking.com and Booking.com will say it’s the hotel.

The toiler was dirty.No hot water.The showe was ridiculously small and poorly maintained given the bathroom space.There was no air conditioning and given the price, would expect one.

the lady at the reception was very polite, committed and trying to solve the problems, also the restaurant personnel.Breakfast was OK, location also

a lot of renovation needed for the rooms. We notified the reception that the cable TV is not working, but the responsible technician did not bother to come and check the issue. Finally after second request the lady from the reception was the only one who cared about the issue and tried to solve it, she did her best and was very positive oriented, unfortunately without success (not her fault at all).The doors are really poor quality, you can hear or even see in the neighboring room. The beds were shaking during the night every time somebody in the rooms below was closing a door.For more details check photos.

We liked everything. Outside super beautiful building and area Inside clean rooms, with balcony , super warm , we was sleeping in t shirt Staff very nice and helping all time Breakfast with different options all very good Totally recomended

Only to mention about the location, rasnov was completely empty and the night we stayed there we had to go back to Brasov to have some drinks in the evening but it was no drama because it was 17 min driving.

The complex is in a quiet and peaceful place. Away from the noise of overcrowded cities. Great for a vacation. There is a lovely garden with a large free parking lot. The complex offers horse riding which is great. The rooms are clean and warm. The staff is friendly and responsive.

The restaurant had a menu only in Romanian.

I was there in my holiday with my family and we stayed 3 days in this beautiful location.We have enjoyed our time there, and the quality of the service has amazing, and the food was – just fantastic! Definitely, we'll come back just to spend more quality time with the horses, and with the wonderful team that took care of us!

Nothing, in particular, to complain about.We really enjoyed the stay at Panicel.All was more than just "OK", it was as we wanted to be and how it should be.

The location overall have potential. Infrastructure is there, it's just need some investments for that extra touch. Clean and quite rooms with nice views. Good breakfast.

The property was build for experiencing interaction with horses, horse riding, teaching... etc. However there are no horses! There is only the stables and the rest of infrastructure wich are quite impressing. Hard to find available waiters while you sit at the outside tables. The triple room had issues with the hot water.
