Sleeping at night was awful and impossible as the heating was full on, ventilation was not working AT ALL, opening windows did not helpWoke up late at night because it felt like suffocating sleeping without any airTried calling the reception, no one was thereCame downstairs to ask for lowering the heating, no one was there eitherBreakfast wasn’t great imo

New good looking hotel, good conditions, friendly staff, elegant.

I give 7 for breakfast. I didn' t liked the lack of diversity and the quality of food. For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast is poor. Not even a type of olives, dessert almost 0, only 1 type of bread, and not the traditional one, with potatos.

Modern Spacious Clean with amazing friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond. Dinner was superb.

Large and comfortable room fully equipped in anything you may possibly think ok, convenient parking and lovely breakfast!

Beautiful, new and clean hotel, friendly staff. Restaurant was top notch also, we used it many times?Not that far from Brasov or Rasnov or even Bran, so it was easy to visit all of those places during our stay.

If I had to critizise something, it would be the lack of information provided on hotel. I mean there wasn't info sheet on the room about the hotel (when is checkout, when is cleaning, restaurant opening hours, menu, bus schedules, anything like that).

The hotel itself was beautiful, very well decorated, the details were of very good quality, very clean, the apartment was spacious and very nice, also the restaurant was of very good quality and the food was super tasty!! The staff is very nice and helpful, but....

..... all of these good things did not matter because of the event that took place that night when we were there. We were not told that it will be a party right next to the main building, in the event hall, and it started in the afternoon, and ended at 4 am.... We did not sleep at all with all the music, the shouting and talking right under our room, because the people were staying outside on the terrace, not inside the event hall. That is beside the fact that the main road with very heavy traffic passes in the front of the hotel. Bottom line, we got like 2 hours of sleep. Sorry, but we will not stay here again, it's a pity, because the hotel is very nice. I recommend ask first if you want to go there, if there is some kind of event/party going on that night....

Brand new hotel in a most wonderful place in Romania. Well furnished, extreamly clean, with all ammenities you need. The room is spacious, beds are extreamly comfortable (which is not so common in most hotels), bathroom is well equipped. A 4-star standard in the best edition. The staff is most helpful and nice. We came late and ask, if the we could eat something and the kitchen prepared dinner for us despite the late hour. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. We truly recommend the hotel.
