Great location

Very clean and the breakfast was delicious!

The view from the property was just wonderful. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very warm inside the room (perfect for a cold season). Good location not far from the center. Reasonable price. I would come again.

Due to my personal sensitivity to the smells I would prefer if the hotel use a more delicate laundry powder for linings, as the smell of chemicals was too strong. Maybe also soundproofing is not perfect. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet but very close to the main square, and excellent service and recommendations from Vlad, the friendly receptionist. Vlad spoke excellent English and recommended things to do plus a great restaurant that served local food. Braşov was lovely; would go back!

I think this is by far one of the nicest , cleanest and beautiful place that we have stayed in Brasov. The location is simply beautiful just by its position in the city, close to the old town but far enough from all the noise and people. We had a room with a city view and it was amazing. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which is a la carte but has like 10 options, including vegan ones. We tried 4 of those and were very very good. And finally, one big plus and thumbs up is Vlad. He was so carrying and attentive to all our needs, gave us recommendations where to eat and what to visit. My wife and I, we are very chatty people and we really enjoyed talking to him. So a big thanks to him!

The shower water were not very hot, it was pretty hot but not as hot as one expects

Very good location in Braşov city center with private parking. Property was clean and modern. Staff were polite and welcoming.

We rented a suite for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and it was very crowded. We could barely move within the room without getting hurt from the corner of the bed. The water current in the shower was very weak. The breakfast is served according to menu (not open buffet) and there was one staff person that was also the receptionist so you need to consider a long wait time. When juice / cakes were finished they didn’t refill.

Excellent hotel. Super clean and comfortable. Great location. Superb staff- friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved our stay!

The location of Upper House Suites just off the lovely walkway at the foot of the mountains is perfect. You feel nestled in the woods with a view of the city rooftops and spires within an easy walk to the city square and Black Church, restaurants, and coffee shops and also to walking in the mountains above the city of Brasov. The hotel design is open and light with comfortably modern decor and very comfortable beds. Everything’s is super clean and well maintained, and the hotel team is friendly, helpful and eager to please. We especially loved the morning breakfast with made to order options for everyone. If you come to Brasov with a car, this location is easier access than the center of the city and much closer to the center than the larger hotels in town.

Nothing I noticed. We were caught unexpected in early summer unseasonable rain and spent a lot of time catching up during breakfast and drying off after walking the city.

The place is really nice, modern and accommodating. Our room had a little balcony with nice views of the mountain, which was great.

There was confusion about whether breakfast was included and we missed breakfast thinking it was not included. The person checking us in didn't specify whether it was included or not.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is amazing. The room was quite spacy, but maybe not for 4 persons.

Breakfast menu is rather poor in variety (8 out of 10 menu are egg)and quantity. They should improve it.

Good location, 10min only walking distance from the Black Church via the Catherine Gate and the Narrow Street. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Private parking is available.
