Great location!

To reach the room had to walk through a hallway full of furniture. The main hotel seemed to be under renovation.

Location is good

When we arrived we were upgraded to 4-star room, however this 4 star had only one bed and the second person was supposed to sleep on the couch (we booked a room with 2 beds). The breakfast was so so. We were promised that there will be coffee and tea available at the lobby, however all tea bags were hidden after the breakfast and you could only drink hot water or black coffee during the rest of the day.

The hotel is very close to the central area and the Christmas market.The room was large, warm and clean.The parking lot of the hotel is small. We arrived late and it was full, but the staff was very helpful and were able to find a parking space.

Everything ok, prices a little too expensive and do not go with the quality

The food on the breakfast was tasty but not enough for everybody. Long queue for tea/coffe.

The shower took some time to figure out how to work out but it was good.And the air conditioning took sometime also to figure out how to use

The breakfast was good! The personnel was willing to help. They have a parking, that is important. It's a fifteen minute walk from the centre of the town.

The cleaning was done once in three days.

The hotel is Ok. Clean rooms, bathrooms with shower. Has private parking. The old city center around 15 minutes The negative is that the restaurant area perhaps small. Had to wait for a table at breakfast.

The hotels location

Need to open the water in the shower for 10 minutes until there are hot water.There is a room clean only every other day, there are not enough blankets and towels.

The wine collection was impressive. If you'll organize a wine tasting I believe it will be a huge success.

I have booked two nights with breakfast at this hotel and I would like to thank you Andrei Dogaru because he took a special care of me and my friend. On the day of check-in I have received a call from the hotel, but I couldn't answer it because I was in Bran Castle (Dracula). Andrei left a message on my WhatsApp, that the hotel has some problems with central heating and they have for us, a nice 4* accommodation with breakfast as well which is located less than 1 minute walk from the Apollonia. Also he added photos and instruction how to do self check in. He was very polite, helpful and nice to us. Also, he organised early 'breakfast to go' packages for me and my friend because we had two, day tours which started very early. Thank you for ladies from the kitchen for a lovely food. Overall, our room in a new place was big and beds comfortable. The WiFi was fast. Our bathroom had a good size with toiletries and the shower was strong and hot. Apollonia Hotel has a great location with a short walk to the Old Town of Brasov. Strongly recommend this hotel because the staff will take care of you, regardless of the circumstances.

The hotel was in a great location - it is very close both to the old centre and to the mountain off to the side. The room is adequately sized and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

Overall, the property was good value for money. The breakfast was ok, although staff were always helpful when needed.

Victor, the desk agent, was excellent and very helpful, but as a student, he is not there all year.Quite a good location, short walk to the square and restaurants.Room a nice size.

No lift, so be aware of that. My bed and pillow should be upgraded, not the most comfortable. The shower was a bit complicated to us and cramped but works.The breakfast never changed over the 3 days we were there and wasn't that great. French fries, wieners, rice, and green beans, but there were eggs and bread.No housekeeping, but that wasn't a concern for us.
