Really nice staff, big room, great breakfast

Clean, very good breakfast, comfortable, interior parking with electric charging upon request, very nice staff, decent distance from the olt city center, very near to the new city center, good temperature in the room.

Nothing to complain.

Parking spots, finding parking place near hotel is impossible. After u check in u can park in inside yard of hotel. But it's hard to understand where is hotel parking when visit hotel for first time

Not too close to the city centre. About an half an hour walk or 7-10 minutes drive. Wood doors from neighbours or staff were loud at night.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and did not feel squeezed in. The staff members were very polite and ready to assist as necessary. The hotel was close to the train station and to the mall. The mall was in 10 minutes walking distance.

There was no lift, and our room was on level two. However, I understand that it would be difficult to make room for a lift due to the design of the hotel.

The staff was very kind and the room was clean and we had a nice view of the sign of Brasov city.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel, and a delicious breakfast to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back!

The staff was excellent, especially the young man who welcomed us — very polite, well-dressed, and professional.

The hairdryer in the bathroom only worked for 10 seconds before overheating and shutting off. Also, breakfast was only savory — there were no sweet options at all.

We enjoyed every part of our stay! The receptionist that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant he recommended was excellent too. All the staff were very nice, our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the location of the hotel made it easy to get both to the historic center and the train station by foot.

It was a nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff cleaned the room daily. It was located in a neighborhood with the old town a 30 minute walk away. Or I took Bolt for only $3 to $4 American dollars. I didn't find any restaurants nearby, but I didn't explore in all directions.

There were barking dogs in the neighborhood. It wasn't constant or anything, and they didn't bark overnight, but I'm pretty intolerant of any dog barking. Other people may not care. My room was facing the courtyard. It may have been quieter on the other side of the hotel - I didn't ask to change rooms, but that might have been a possibility.

I liked that it was close to the mall.It had parking spots inside the property.Breakfast was good and was in a nice looking area.

The bed was too soft, I have back problems and it made them worse.Parking spots were too few inside the property and too close to each other.Water pressure in the shower was fluctuating.

Very clean, big room, warm, equiped with everything you need. Breakfast was great and the happy hour bar was excelent, good selection of cocktails at a fair price. The location was about 20 min walk from the city center or less by bus.

The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable for two people. The person who welcomed us was truly kind and guided us with everything we asked about! We highly recommend it.

The staff was very welcoming, as always. This is my third visit here. Great breakfast. The welcome note and free water were a nice touch.

Halfway between the city center and train station. Great breakfast. Caring, helpful and kind staff. Quiet, big, clean, comfortable rooms. Parking available on site.
