A bit challenging but exciting, at first, to get to but once you get there going down and up again, the next day to Bran was such a breeze. The place is amazing with magical view all round of the surrounding mountains and valleys colored by the autumn foliage. Dinner was awesome and the service top class and super friendly. Special thanks to Eugen and Diana for always looking out for us! Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in one of the villas, and we were immediately struck by the absolutely breathtaking views. The location is truly spectacular. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very stylish restaurant and an impressive-looking spa. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, and a special mention must go to the staff at the restaurant and bar who were all incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive.

We were disappointed by several issues that significantly impacted our comfort, particularly when it came to getting a good night's sleep.First, the master bedroom unfortunately does not have its own air conditioning unit. The only AC is in the living area where our children were sleeping on the sofa bed, which meant we couldn't cool our bedroom during the night without disturbing them.This was made more challenging by two other factors. The blackout curtains were not properly sized for the windows, allowing a significant amount of light in, especially as our villa faced the sunrise, meaning the room was bright from around 4 AM onwards. Additionally, the bathroom was fitted with an extremely bright motion-activated light. While practical during the day, any use of the toilet at night would flood the space with intense light, making it very difficult to get back to sleep.Another area of disappointment was the spa. While the facilities look wonderful, they didn't deliver on their promise. The dry sauna was advertised as being 85-90°C, but the thermometer showed 70°C and it felt even colder. The wet sauna was similarly underheated. Furthermore, there was no water provided in the dry sauna for steam, which is a basic expectation.

Absolutely on top of the world at this hotel - the views in every direction are stunning. We lucked into perfect weather which made it even better. Obviously for this quality of hotel and amenities, it's a splurge, but this was definitely a highlight of our road trip through Romania! Once we got to hotel, it was nothing but relaxation - a dip in the pool with floor to ceiling windows, a (local) sparkling wine on the patio, delicious breakfast and dinner outside. Charming room with a door that can be opened in shower for a nearly outdoor show experience. Comfortable. Designed with so much stone, wood, and natural materials. Loved this hotel!

No complaints! It's a rough, slow road to get to the hotel, but just take your time, enjoy the views - it's worth the climb!

Excellent location, services, staff & food.

The location is exceptional, and the architecture is so well designed that whether you’re at the table, the bar, or the pool, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. An excellent location. To be on the safe side, it’s best to go with a 4x4 vehicle—we were lucky with the weather. The staff was very welcoming. The food was excellent. We enjoyed every day with nature walks and fresh air. We will definitely return.

I would have liked a play area for children, but maybe they will improve this in the future.

Gorgeous location, recently renovated to the highest standards. Pure luxury.

The hotel advertises its (beautiful!) spa. It's clearly stated everywhere that children are only allowed in until 4pm. This rule is not being enforced. The spa is not a relaxing area. Even if it's pointed out on multiple occasions to staff that young children are running around screaming in the spa long after 4pm they will not intervene, even let additional families in the spa in the evening and not even offer an apology for the disturbance. The spa also does not seem to be cleaned up during the day. If you come after 4pm there are used slippers and towels lying around everywhere.

The perfect alternative to busy streets and noisy neighbourhoods, with a touch of modern and yet traditional Romanian architecture, design, and hospitality..

The food wasn’t very tasty for me. I expected so much more. My guess is the restaurant has no chef cooking live, possible the food is precooked and the appetisers are served in the morning as breakfast and during the day as starters.

Absolutely amazing hotel, in a beautiful, secluded location with wonderful views of the mountains. Everything is brand new, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our requests. The room is very spacious. I particularly loved that the traditional architecture and decor, and the spa was absolutely wonderful and impeccably clean. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel is outstanding. Beautifully designed, exceptional staff - all very well trained and went out of their way to welcome and look after us. The pool and spa is very special with wonderful views out to the mountains. The food was also excellent.

The staff was excellent the view was fabulous the whether good.

The entres to the hotel by car was sometimes slow and with no answer.The menu was boring after 2 days. Same same.We had one day an intrusion to our villa that left a lot of ugly dirt.

Fantastic place: 360 degrees of a view on the mountains. We lived in a villa, with jacuzzi and panoramic terrace. For my opinion this hotel is the best in all Romania. We enjoyed of every moment. Good staff, restaurant is wonderful, zones of lounge in the hotel are panoramic and comfortable. Good breakfast. The fitness centre is ?.
