Great property, phenomenal location, clean, friendly, would absolutely return!

The location couldn't have been more perfect. Less than a minute's walk to the main square, but removed just enough that there was no noise from the town. The breakfast was delicious and elaborate. The staff, without exception, could not have been more helpful.

Nothing comes to mind. The fourth floor terrace was a bit underwhelming, but lovely to sit and look out over the town.

A perfect experience. The location is great. The room and hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff are very attentive and helped us get a reservation at a nice restaurant (special thanks to Adriana!) on Christmas Eve.They even gave us a bag full of souvenirs, including their own custom chocolate and a tiny model of the hotel! Which we really appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Brasov! The location is perfect — right in the old town and just a short walk from the Black Church. The room design is beautiful ?, very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, responding quickly to anything I needed. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable too.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brasov!

However, you have to ask for the free water, toothpaste, and toothbrush. There’s no shampoo, only hand and body wash. No restaurant in the hotel, and the breakfast options are quite limited.Overall, a cozy stay with a great location, but breakfast could be improved.

The room walls are thin and during one night the guests next door were very noisy until 1 in the night.

The warm hospitality of the owner(she was super caring, nice and attentive) and the staffs were imprinted in my memory of this hotel. The whole hotel was well designed, modern room, clean, good WiFi, nice old city and mountain view from our room on the 3th floor. The best delicious breakfast that we enjoyed everyday we stayed there. Good security at main entrance too. The location is so convenient to get to old town sqaure and lots of restaurants/coffee shops. We absolutely recommend this hotel and it will be my first choice again if I came back to Braşov in the future.

If your room faced the East or West, just closed all the shade when you go out to prevent the strong Sun that could made the room too warm when you come back to your room later.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff who honestly seemed happy to be there and wanted to help. That shouldn’t be a surprise, but it was a bit refreshing. Rooms were nice and spotless with nice views. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for everything, including my oat milk cappuccinos! We had a great stay.

Parking can be challenging in the area, and it wasn’t even high season. But we’re being picky - it’s a great choice and we’d definitely stay here again.

Close to the city center, loved the breakfast. Very nice staff.

The pillows could be better

The location was great, down a quiet site street but a few minutes away from the old town main strip. The facilities are beautiful, the hotel is incredibly charming and serene and the rooftop view is delightful. We were greeted with champagne and the staff carried our bags up for us. Breakfast was varied and good and our experience at the spa was also great. All in all I would absolutely recommend Schuster and go back.

My only downsides are the hallway music was actually quite loud and could be heard in our room and the toilet flushes very agressively so if the lid isn't shut it sprays water everywhere. Otherwise no major issues!

This hotel is misrepresenting themselves with the room types they list on Booking.com. I purposely paid 3x the amount of other local hotels for a junior suite that had “2 beds”. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were surprised to find a room with 1 bed. There was an uncomfortable sofa bed - the room type should be listed as “1 bed and 1 sofa bed” NOT 2 beds on booking - this is a huge difference, and I would not have booked here if it was listed properly. I wasted 300+ euros due to this error in listing, as I would have just booked 2 separate rooms at a different place or a place with a bed and sofa bed. Even worse, the manager was very rude when I pointed this out and suggested they adjust the listing on booking for future guests so they understand it is a sofa bed (not second bed) - it is incredibly important in hospitality to hear out concerns/recommendations from guests, and this manager tried to shift blame to me rather than showing compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, due to this situation and the way the manager spoke to me, I had to deduct several rating points. I hope this hotel makes the proper adjustments to their facilities listed for room types.

Parking is not easy.

We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed our visit. The place is newly renovated and up to high standards.

Jr suite was carved out of the attic and only has sky lights and sloped ceiling. Would have enjoyed a view

This is the third time my wife and I stay at Schuster, and the experience has always been top-notch. Thank you to the entire staff for being such lovely and helpful people. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit Brasov.

A beautiful boutique hotel that makes great use of old and new - a gorgeous breakfast room, and our room was very nice with modern amenities and design. Staff were helpful and friendly!

Parking in Braşov is rough. Not the fault of the hotel. But you're going to have to find a street spot, hopefully not too far from hotel, and don't forget to download parking app so you can pay more easily (it's cheap to park, it's just hard to find a spot). We lucked out after 30 minutes of driving around!

The location of the hotel was amazing, just minutes from the city center and the Black church. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices and an amazing staff guiding you through them. Spotless and perfect!
