Qosmo Brasov Hotel

Hotel was a great place to stay,It begins with how nice and polite the staff is along with the cleanliness and safety..?I will recommend Qosmo Hotel to all my family and friends. Note: for any one visiting out of the country and has so many concerns about a clean & safe place this is it.

Parking is a bit tight

Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces in front and behind the hotel (and even in the nearby shopping complex if needed). The room was modern, clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a safe. Reception staff were very friendly. The location is great: right next to a big shopping complex and “MA PIZZA” in the Coresi area, plus just a short Uber ride to the old town.

The “Do Not Disturb” system doesn’t really work once you remove the card, so housekeeping still entered—even twice in one day. They left a thermos with tea on the second visit, which felt more like an excuse to come in. Honestly, I’d prefer no tea and no extra visit. The minibar was overpriced, breakfast not very varied, and at night the room felt colder than it should—although I set the AC to 24.5°C, when I came back it was 23.5°C, so the thermostat seemed inaccurate or overridden.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and located 5 minutes walk from a very nice mall with a big supermarket and many stores and places to eat. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.

It is far from the city center. The bed was too small ( we had a twin room)

Hotel was very modern with comfortable furnishings. Coffee bar and restaurant were inviting, clean and service was impeccable. Location convenient and large and modern mall with terrific food court just across the street. What matters to me most above all is how we were greeted and cared for by the staff. Friendly, engaging and helpful beyond words. Special mention to manager of hotel Sena, breakfast manager Octavian and our server Rukesh. Their alacrity was exemplary.

While there was access to gym, pool and spa it was not on site( about 200 m. Down the block) for a daily usage fee.

Everything is excellent at this hotel, the room size, cleanliness, the food, the staff.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff, very good location. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It is one of the few hotels that accept dogs and are very liberal about it. They understand perfectly that it is like a member of the family and make our stay even more pleasant. Other hotels supposedly allow dogs, but do it in a limited way, and here I am simply impressed by how pleasantly and kindly they served us, we had the freedom to bring it with us. If I return to Brasov - a wonderful city, I will stay in this hotel again!!!

A small note about room service - there were three of us, and the charge was for two

Clean, decent sized room with large screen tv and very interesting lighting options. Bathroom size is below average but it includes all necessary amenities and the water pressure for the shower is perfect.

Breakfast options are limited.Restaurant is too pricey for the quality of food you receive but there are plenty of other options around.

The hotel was amazing.Very futuristic , very clean, very helpful staff,perfect breakfast .It is a bit far from city center so defently you need the car.The hotel has its own private parking,your car is safe .Highly recommend.Very good rate price quality .

Everything was perfect ,nothing to complain about

Clean, great breakfast. The room was big, more than we expected. In the evening we received hot tea.

Breakfast was a-la-carte, very nice and good. Waiters very professional and attention to details.

Bathroom light could not find how to operate properly or maybe there was a small defective.

The attitude and availability of the hotel staff – always smiling and ready to help; very good breakfast and restaurant; modern and spacious rooms

The bed linens and duvet were rather of low standard; the room we stayed in did not have a smart TV, so we could only watch TV channels with very weak signal; parking only available outside, which on bad weather is quite uncomfortable.

The comments about the staff being so friendly and helpful are true! They are polite, kind and it doesn't appear forced. The location is great for walking to local shops and transportation - 7 minute ride to the train station. Room temperature easy to control, road noise not noticable either. Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are very well equipped. The included breakfast buffet is delightful and my teen boys especially loved the drinking chocolate.

Excellent breakfast and service was very good, particularly Octavian, always available and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, everything was perfect. I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in the city, possibly in the entire region. We stayed in many hotels during our trip, so we have something to compare it to.A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new.Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning.The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby.If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the attentive staff, and the variety of the breakfast. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

It is difficult for me to discriminate, in this case. So, 360 degree aproach is much more realistic. Restaurant atmosphere and short menu, rooms design, especially carpets on the floors, partnership with Belaqua, etc.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, The bed was amazing!!, the pillows are great, everything we asked for was received quickly and with a smile, the shower was good and fun, it was fun to put on a bathrobe right after a shower which was good, the room is large and spacious, the staff was lovely, I would like to mention the service especially of Florentina and Alexandru who were amazing and gave 5 star service, at breakfast there was a lovely staff member named Ruchas who welcomed us every morning with a smile and took care of everything we needed, thank you very much for that. The room was very quiet even though it faced the road with the mall opposite

The breakfast items were not of high quality, the eggs in every form we tried were hard and not tasty, all types of sausages, salami, pastrami and cheeses were tasteless, the pastries and cakes were also not of a high standard, expect more than that in a hotel like this, the hotel is in an area outside the old city so we got around by taxi. The design in the room is charming and very innovative, there were a few things that were not thought out, such as turning off the lights far from the bed, there is no place for women's cosmetics, but overall the room is modern, pleasant and inviting, linens that were accidentally dirty were not replaced but I'm sure the staff will make sure that this doesn't happen again in the future, overall the hotel is a good quality hotel and pleasant to stay at
