A little far from the center of town. Staff weren't super welcoming.

It was just lovely. Short hop from the train and the town centre. Special thanks to Gheorghe for the kindest possible help and consideration in all matters. Very friendly. The room was brilliant with two balconies!! Excellent cleaning. Lively and fun pool area but the hotel also became very quiet at a reasonable time in the evening. Lovely food. Comfy beds - fabulous bathroom…. Excellent.

Almost - but didn’t have the heart - to deduct one mark for the WiFi!!! Needs addressing…(for next time)….aside from that - perfection.

There was NO air conditioning even tough in the reservation it was stated that we will ve having AC. We asked for a discount on the reception and the employee said that he will not give us any discount.I request a discount voucher for this bd experience

Great pool, nice staff.

Our room was near the exhaust hood (hota), so when opening the window there was a strong food smell. The other room we booked was ok.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to provide a good experience The pool was cleaned every morning the facilities were good

The pool was advertised as heated but it isn't There were lots of mosquitos in the room as there were no repellents present

We’ve been here twice before. Good pool and staff.

Hotel staff poor. Air conditioner not working on our first night. Reception apologised and said they would attend to it the next day - nothing happened. The restaurant was closed the first night due to a function - ok they informed us and we eat by the pool. We went down at 7:30 pm the next night - no one there. Eventually someone cane from reception after we telephoned - restaurant closed. Pool bar closed. No reason - no apology - why didn’t they inform us before? Couldn’t even get a drink. This is not a hotel! Wouldn’t even call a taxi for us to go into town - had to do that ourselves. And to think we went back to the hotel for the third time because of the good food and service!!

Everything was top service,great staff ,especially reception very professional and always willing to help. Great food .Would certainly recommend and we will return .Thank you for a memorable holiday .

Disappointing

I tend to believe that the bed sheets were not changed because i found brunette hairs on the sheets in the morning that wasn t mine. ?

Staff were great. Our car was damaged in the hotel car park by another guest, however the hotel manager was extremely helpful once informed in making phone calls for us etc given we don't speak the language. We also had some great meals at the restaurant and wished we had more time to enjoy the pool which is a great area.

We didn't realise the pool is not just for hotel guests so was very busy during the day, the car park was also very hectic for this reason. The room was very hot the first night however when I mentioned it to reception, they were quick to have someone come and fix it.

they don't have markings for the deep of the swimming pool. It's unexpected deep at one end. The air conditioner didn't work in the room ? .

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Brasov in a quiet location away from the main highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an excellent evening meal and good breakfast. We would stay there again.

The restaurant closed at 2100 which might be inconvenient for some travellers.

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff prepared a mini-cake for my wife birthday despite I did not requested. Very kind of them.....
