Not enough electric sockets in the room

We liked the area around the hotel. You definitely need a car to get around. The breakfast isn't suitable for those who keep kosher, but you can ask for an omelet or a fried egg.

The gym definitely needs improvement—everything is outdated. It's almost impossible to work out because there are hardly any machines.

The only positive notes are the location, which is out of the way but convenient for getting around, the cleaning service (although it is not performed daily), and the young man who manages the breakfast.

Unfortunately, it cannot be classified as a 4-star establishment.The photos are very misleading.There are no services (such as dining options), and the reception staff are unable to recommend nearby restaurants.The breakfast is acceptable because it is varied, but the dining area is very small.

The room size was very good, the view is magical. Everyrhing was so clean and comfy.

In the room it was cold, the sauna did not pass over 60 degrees C, and it needs renovation, because it looks old.

As it was winter time, the pool was closed but we had time to enjoy the sauna. The room is rommy and comfy.

The hotel is a bit old. The jacuzzi was not working.

The space was ok, it was warm and the staff was nice.

There was a very intense perfume in the room, probably the laundry detergent. I expected a nicer view, since it mentioned I will have it. The place is old and you can see cracks here and there, for sure needs some renovation.

The stay was really pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was incredible, pleasant and always went above and beyond. I loved the comfort and big size of the room. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a great plus. Breakfast was varied, delicious and great! We didn't have the time to try all amenities but they have a gym, spa and sauna on premises.

Although we really enjoyed the breakfast, if you come down for it after a certain time, it might not have as many options.We didn't require much housekeeping, a change of towels and trash was enough for us, but I can see how that might be a minus for other guests.

The property is not a 4 star hotel,it s a maximum 3 stars .it looks old,the rooms are old,the pool is small ,the breakfast is at a very low level. We paid fot a room with balcony but we couldn t enjoy it because the bathroom window of the other guest room was located in our balcony. (So just imagine it ?).From our bathroom an awful smell was entering our room.Ling story short the price was way too high (aprox 130€ / night). P.S. Very far away from any important attraction,including city center…

I actually loved the fact that it was far away from the city and the quietness. The zoo is 5 min walking distance from the hotel, which is great.

The building itself is old ... my mistake was that I didn't check if there's AC in the rooms, I just thought that a 4 star hotel must have ... but it didn't have and it was a very big disappointment. Also the lady at the check in desk could be asked to smile more and be more pleasant with the guests ... she wasn't rude or anything but in the hospitality industry this is kinda a must :)Not sure if I would ever choose this hotel again.

I loved the room, very comfy bed and a big bath tub. The pool was also nice and not crowded at all, I only wish it wasn't open only in the morning because it was still a bit cold. The breakfast was delicious, with something new everyday. Also the cats were friendly.

It is a bit far from the centre of the city, but we had a car so there was no problem.

Walking close to Adventure Park and Zoo. Bus stop in walking range. Small forest nearby Zoo.

No AC; strange for being to mountain to choose between sweating in the bedsheets and cool breeze loaded from night smokers in the next balconies. No walking range to any decent restaurant. Parking is small and chances are the car will be on the street. The back land is scenery for night howlers on 2 legs.

The location is good. Breakfast OK. Staff GREAT. Poolside was good. The food delivery was excellent - really tasty Cesar's and Bulgarian salad :D

During our stay it was 30+ degress celsius. An air conditioner would be nice, but it was still just a minor inconvenience.
