Q Resort and Spa

The property is very nice, close to the forest. The room was big, and the bed quite comfortable.

The breakfast is quite late ( we were on the 4th floor and scheduled for breakfast starting from 9:15 am ) and the spa open only at 10 so if you are an early bird it is quite difficult to manage your schedule to visit the surrounding areas before 10-10:30 am. The pool smelled too much as chlorine, and the water was not clean…

Superb all round. Very nice food and very affordable. The rooms were warm and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and spa was also clean and easy to use and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, staff! Very friendly and clean, comfortable hotel.

The room had a large and comfortable bed. The pool and saunas were nice. The garden area was beautiful. The area were the hotel was in was nice and quiet.

Pool and jacuzzi had a bit too much chlorine in the water which made it rough on the eyes.

Great positioning of the hotel, kind staff, big rooms, nice pool and good restaurant.

Old and slightly damaged furniture inside the room, lack of amenities. Although asked at the reception for a bottle opener, same could not be provided..

The hotel's staff was great, focused to make the client happy in any situation given, any conflict that might arise. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. They are pet friendly. ❤️

There was a problem with the sewerage, but the staff found alternatives to fix the issue in a quick way.

At 3.30 pm the room was not ready.When I got the room ,was trash inside (☹️)No coffee maker in the room.The restaurant is not a good one, You will wait half hour for everything,(even Coca Cola) the food was reheated and not fresh cooked.The service…the worst .The Spa…there you have not towels,come back to reception for towels.

The location is on a site close to the forest so views are definitely nice. Good breakfast and spa facilities, comfortable and generous bed

The resort was exceptional! The room was always clean and pleasing, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was versatile and served in a pleasantly decorated area. The different facilities (e.g: a gym, a pool, shallow water pool for kids, wet and dry saunas, a jacuzzi, table games like table football, table tennis and 8-ball) gave us a lot of options to enjoy and relax. The outdoor facilities were very pleasant with numerous shaded spots and a kids attractions. The place provides all your needs to relax without leaving the hotel. you can also do a nice quite walk in the forest nearby, leading to a clean and tasty water spring.

The bathrooms were a bit small. but besides that nothing was bad or unpleasing.

The staff of the hotel was helpful and our waitress was kind. The gym is well equipped. The hotel is located at the edge of a village, so during weekdays it should be quiet and peaceful. The weekends are a different story. Cheap.

Our room did not have air conditioning and I think in 2024 it should be basic to have one. The fridge in our room was so noisy that we had to disconnect it for the night. The breakfast was so low quality that I felt I was in the army again. :D But above all they hold weddings during the weekend in a huge tent next to the hotel and that was much worse than our fridge. Especially if you are not into Romanian wedding music. :D

Exceptional spa with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. Opened 10-22 for free. Very good breakfast. Spacious hall available for games, work etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

Peaceful location near the mountains that offers a variety of possibilities. Whether you want to go skiing, take long walks in the forest or just relax at the spa, this is the place to be. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, both at the hotel and the restaurant. Food is great! I really recommend the soups! Some of the best i’ve had in a long time.

Although there’s always room for improvement everywhere, i would say that this place is pretty close to perfection just that way it is.

beautiful location, far from the city. SPA was good, room was comfortable with all necessary, breakfast was various enough, parking is large and restaurant is apart from main accommodation building

some renewals for furniture and smart TV would improve the rating

Big room, clean, great breakfast, location in the middle of forrest.

Shower sink can be improved in order to not make water accumulation. This is common issues to many hotels.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Having a kettle in the room would have improved the stay or being able to get coffee and tea from reception if they did not want to provide a kettle.
