MAX International Hotel

The location is good in the sense that it is at a crossroads in any direction. You can park the car inside the yard. The breakfast is a fixed dish that looks average but tastes way better. It was nothing spectacular, but it did the job.

The feeling of surroundings gave the roadside motel vibe.

Breakfast is a la carte and choice is very limited. Dirty spoons and forks. We had a small spitz dog with us, and for a stay of 4 nights we paid an additional 55 euros. But NEVER was the room cleaned during our entire stay at the hotel. Nobody came to clean the room, take out the garbage and change towels.

The staff.

The cleaning in the room and the restaurant was lame, bad smell in the room, the price is the same as the 4 * hotel but the conditions are ten times lower. I booked accommodation with breakfast but in the morning the staff told us that we don't have breakfast even that at the hotel they said the price we paid is with breakfast.

Very helpful staff doing the best they can! I had a twin room which was much bigger than other double rooms. The bathroom was big and clean.

This hotel has many rooms and because of this every evening they accommodate many children or teenagers who were quite loud and they couldn't serve breakfast at 8.30 or 9.30 because the restaurant was full.Breakfast- only one choice, only coffee or tea (lady from the reception also serving at the bar didn't know how to make cappuccino).

Good location, very nice and helpful staff. The restaurant was also good with live music.

No big towels in the room, only small ones. The heat was a bit uncontrollable.

The girls at the reception desk were kind and warm.

The waiter was quite unpleasant, the food is correct but not something you can say it's homemade or exceptional. Variety was huge but availability was almost null. The room although it was clean it lacked even of the required plugs to the point that even the TV was disconnected. The shower leaked water nonstop and the pressure of water wasn't enough. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortably hard. A group held a party in the last floor for most of the day and it made it quite uncomfortable inside room, it was extremely noisy... With a few details and small changes this could have been a great experience because the premises are quite good but overall we cannot say we're happy with the actual result.

The sewerage smell in the bathroom / room was pretty bad. Included breakfast was poor. I mentioned time of arrival at 10 PM and because I didn't answer the phone about 2 hours before arrival time, they were about to give my room away. They managed to reach me in the end and kept the room. They also said they didn't get the estimated time of arrival through the booking form...
