Beautiful building in the heart of the city, clean and tidy with modern facilities. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

No English breakfast tea supplied in room or for breakfast.

Unhelpful reception staff. Granted it was our fault we didn't check we should reserve a parking place. However, the attitude and the fact we weren't allowed to park even for a few minutes so that we take out our baggages was unprofessional and certainly not a nice welcome. Also, the receptionist didn't even bother to ask if we need help with the luggage. He just secured the parking spot, told us we can't park and left. Totally unprofessional

The atmosphere was very nice and the rooms were very beautifully decorated. It was really beautiful

The mattress in the room was very bad. It was so hard that affected our sleep.

Lack of parking though it’s said that there is a private parking. You can park on the streets (pay per hour) but it’s hard to find a spot.

A really wonderful location within walking distance to all the sites. Decent breakfast options also. The bedroom’s were spacious and bathroom was clean.

The bed’s were very, very uncomfortable. The pillows were fine but the mattress was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep much. Recommend changing them out.

This was an amazing little gem of a hotel! First of all, the staff all around was friendly, always had a smile on their faces and were very helpful.The rooms were really cozy, everything was clean and the decorations and details showed that they really love their hotel. Breakfast was great; a good selection with a few extras to make it special.Overall, the hospitality of the staff and the property, which you could see was really well cared for made for a great stay.

Good location close to the old town. Very quiet :) and good breakfast, and even managed a coffee before traveling by train in the morning. Clean room and good shower.

The location is very good and close to the Old Town and main square. Easy to walk to the many shops and bars a person likely will want to visit. The staff are extremely helpful and could not have been better.

The beds are extremely firm and the twin bed room felt more like two kids beds with little to no bounce on the mattress. Perhaps the other rooms have better beds, but mine certainly was so small and hard that I would not rebook the same type room again.

Lovely hotel. Room and facilities spotless, spacious and comfortable. Nice variety of food and beverages for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the old town center. Highly recommended!
