good view of brasov,helpful staff,ok rooms.

not in ideal location but overall a decent hotel at a reasonable price in a town with limited choice.

Parking, as everywhere else in Romania, is a challenge

I loved the restaurant, gym, indoor pool, and views.

Far from Brasov locations. Room was too hot and there was no bathtub.

Small room, old and damaged furniture.The price of the room is exaggerated for the conditions offered and here I am referring to the rooms in the old building.

Everything in the room smelled weird and old. Bathroom smelled like clogged pipes. Heating was deliberately stopped during night time. Other people staying in the hotel were allowed to run rampant and cause a LOT of noise until morning.

I like the room cleanliness, stuff was very nice and helpful also I like that pool and sauna facilities breakfast was very good too

I didn’t like that in the bathroom wasn’t any place where I could put my cosmetics bag.

The setting is stunning. The pools and fitness center are very nice. The upstairs restaurant is world class (Bogda and Andrew were wonderful).

The hardware is a bit old. There are no screens on the balcony door or windows. We had a few aggressive mosquitoes that kept us up part of the night and left us with a dozen bites.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms, an interior and an exterior pool, amazing views, close to the town of Brasov but also to Poiana Brasov. The set up is so thoughtful, you have a beach bag ready with towels so you can go enjoy the pools on your arrival. Really good restaurant a la carte and good breakfast. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that needs improving is the attitude of some of the staff. I was with some friends from abroad and the staff was so rude to them when they went to get some coffee a few minutes past 10:30, when breakfast ends. You could also tell them kindly, with a smile on your face that the service is finished, you don't have to be so aggressive.

I asked for a pod of coffee to make myself a coffee in the room and I was told it cost me extra. This is the first hotel I went to where you were charged to make yourself a coffee in the room.

The hotel supposed to provide free parking, however, you need to be lucky to find one.

The position, the view, the a la carte restaurant.Free parking, big rooms, nice breakfast, terrace. All clean. Very comfy beds.

From mÿ room, first floor, you can hear all the conversations from the reception/lobby.Toilet paper very rigid.

The location is nice and you have a good view of the city and mountains. The receptionist was nice and professional. Breakfast options were good. The outside seating has a great view of the mountains.

There is no table/counter or hook in the bathroom to rest your belongings, such as toothpaste/toothbrush, cream etc. There is no soap holder at the sink so the soap slides off of the Extremely small space left around the sink. The sink and the counter in which it rests is at an incline (which is nice, but not practical in this instance). The towel holder is located in front of the toilet instead of being placed closed to the shower. The lid on trash bin in the bathroom didn’t work. For all hotels out there: please use shampoo and conditioner is separate bottles! The mix is a joke. I don’t even know why that is still being offered/manufactured.

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was served in separate building there was snow and ice to get there very awkward and slippery.

Broken furniture, bad mattress, old and broken doors and windows, old bathroom , extreme noise from stairs and other areas.

Modern , clean , good amenities.
