Great bed. Room was clean.

Bathroom was way down the hall, shared and dirty. No toilet paper. No water available in the room to make coffee or tea.

It was clean and tidy and good value for money

The room was very clean and the receptionist was very clear about a certain issue upon arrival that was out of there control and offered a refund and asked if we wished to booked elsewhere but it wasn't a big issue to myself and I was happy she clearly communicated that

The Manager was not on site. 2 little kids came to the reception door to attend to us. It is so unacceptable and not safe for 2 little ones to attend to strangers. The Manager called on the Intercom and was very rude and threatened that he will cancel my online booking. That was ridiculous. I won't recommend this place.

Was so clean got there late at night so only went to sleep and was out the next morning the bed was a good size and really comfy

Not told in advance that some rooms do not have parking spots for the car. Would like to have known beforehand. Was in a room behind the reception that still had the door there. Felt weird knowing that people could hear on the other side.

The power went out on the tv, a/c, fridge and power points. It was late so I just went to sleep. The lights still functioned.

Location was excellent for our needs. Close to a local shop, hotel and a pleasant walk to the Botanical Gardens.

Not a big issue but perhaps an extra pillow or two.

Location. The shower pressure was amazing.

It had all the appliances for a kitchenette but no sink to clean the dishes etc.The carpet appeared to be very dirty as we left a towel on the floor overnight and it was brown the next day.The tv connection was not good as it kept cutting in and out.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable which ended us a good night's sleep for the next days drive

We had to download an app to access the TV
