Pros +
- On the river, good location close to main town street and could walk easily to a lot of places.Pub across the street (food was average) and rsl up street too. Clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and decent size for price paid Nice to have adjoining restaurant and bar though we didn’t visit that and can walk along the river and other coffee shops are within 2 min walk also

- Staff were friendly & helpfulClean & comfortable Close to food & shops
Cons -
- Our room and balcony overlooked town to the right, river to the left At night there were few sirens on the Main Street Guests above us were banging about late at night Shower pressure not great
- Aircon was broken hardly worked and we got asked to turn the tv down at 930pm even know it wasn't loud we just turned it off and tried to go to bed but people had loud tvs going for hours guess only we were only ones that had to turn it down then next morning lift stop working
- Rooms can be noisy due to traffic & pub.I asked for a quiet room but got first floor at front.I rang & asked to change & was accommodated, so road noise not as bad. Unfortunately woken at 2am with unruly people outside, but obviously not hotel’s fault.

The river view
That we had to pay another $25 to check in a couple of hours early
Good location, cheap.
Not that clean, bins were still full of last customers rubbish.
Was coming to visit family and booked this place last minute. I really loved the kind of Art Deco style of the place, it felt warm and cosy. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay feel relaxed. Loved the local biscuits provided to have with your tea
There were a few broken things in the room like the lock to the balcony and there was a hole in the bathroom where the towels hang. Thats legit it. Loved everything.
The location was excellent, and close to facilities
Car park was tight for larger vehicles
I loved the location, it's super close to everything you need as a tourist. The mattress was great.
The plates and bowls were old and worn, and the cutlery was super basic, even though they said there was a full kitchen. I didn't even have salt and pepper! Just 2 knives, 2 spoons, and 2 forks. How they call it a 4-star hotel is beyond me. There was only one tiny tube of shampoo and conditioner, barely enough for one person, and I booked for two. No kitchen tissues either. Overall, not worth the hype or the money. I'd never go back, it's way too petty for a 4-star hotel.
The room size , the river view and how comfy the bed was
The shower/ spa wasn't clean it had soap scum and hair in the bottom It was extremely noisy, we could hear the room next to us use the toilet, talk , the elevator being used ect
Grea location and great view of the river. Room was ok great sized bed but bathroom facilities were looking abit dated but besides that staff were friendly, restaurant was great.
Good location
Power points faulty & looking a bit tired in rooms. Restaurant overpriced & underwhelming.. it closed at 9pm.
Location. Size of room, bed very comfortable.
No toaster in room but other cooking equipment.
Clean spacious rooms
No breakfast available as restaurant was not open on the Friday morning at 7:20 am but there is a cafe almost next door that was open and was very good
The staff were nice and the room was clean
The bathroom door has slats in it. So your morning business is everyone in the rooms business
Very quiet, was able to access everything close by.
There was a running water noise coming from the Toilet.
Food was terrible and we had to complain. The head chef discounted our restaurant bill to zero
Clean and close to town
It was hard to get the air con right To cool then to hot.
Ok
The bed slopes to the middle. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling as it should and dumped ice. The furniture was old and chipped. For the price and a four star we had the worst room, no view no balcony. The staff were not that friendly. No concierge.
Location, nice river view
Rooms need renovation, very old
The view was excellent! The staff were amazing. The location was nice in the heart of Bundaberg. Overall, it's a really nice hotel.
The beds and cabinets could be cleaner.
